Auto-renew charged my card on October 14, 2025 even though I was not actively using the product. Cannot connect two Instagram accounts at the same time. To switch, you have to disconnect and reconnect, which is slow and error-prone. Support did not provide a timely or actionable response to my refund request. Problem we hoped to solve: centralize social scheduling and basic analytics for multiple Instagram profiles under one brand. What worked: quick onboarding, clean calendar view, basic post scheduling and reporting for a single profile helped us keep a consistent cadence for a short period. Limited benefit: we could not keep two Instagram accounts connected simultaneously, so our team spent time disconnecting/reconnecting accounts, which killed the workflow gains.
