Metricool has some useful features, like the ability to schedule posts and access analytics all in one place. It’s convenient if you manage multiple platforms and want to streamline your workflow.
However, I’ve found that posts published through Metricool don’t perform as well as those posted directly on each platform, which is disappointing. I recently had a disappointing experience with Metricool regarding their auto-renewal practices. The invoice and charge for my subscription renewal were processed simultaneously at 1:45 a.m., leaving no opportunity for advance notice or to cancel before being charged. I contacted their support team by 6:00 a.m., using both email addresses they had on file (as shown on the invoice and receipt), but they claimed they couldn’t locate my account and refused to issue a refund, citing their terms and conditions.
In addition to this frustrating billing experience, I also found that posts scheduled and published using Metricool did not perform as well as organic posts made directly on the respective platforms. This defeats the purpose of using the tool, as I was expecting it to optimize my workflow without compromising engagement.
I immediately canceled the auto-renewal to avoid future charges, but the lack of transparency, poor customer support, and reduced post performance make me unable to recommend this tool. If you are considering Metricool, I strongly advise caution regarding their auto-renewal policies and the effectiveness of their platform for social media publishing. The Planner feature makes it easy to schedule posts across multiple social media channels. The analytics provide vital insights, and the integrated inbox allows you to see and respond to every interaction in one place. Metricool a fantastic social media management tool! I'm a solopreneur working with multiple clients and having the ability to invite my clients to collaborate with me in the tool has been an incredible experience. In addition, Metricool can really grow with you as you grow. Their pricing is affordable, fair, and showcases their ability to work with very small companies like me or larger agencies.

What I love about Metricool is their customer service, which is super responsive, whether it's on the website via chat, but especially on social media and by email.
The best part is the ability to set up more than 13 digital channels and to analyze the competition and the best times to post. Every time I want to schedule content, I rely on Metricool's schedule to plan my posts.
Not to mention the webinars, and especially the studies that are greatly shaping the social media landscape in France.
I have been following Metricool since 2019 and have enjoyed its evolution in the French market. And it is evident that they are open and attentive to their audience.

It's not that there are things I don't like, but I would rather say there are things that could be improved.
I think it would be good to improve the ergonomics and design of the reports generated by Metricool.
I also think it would be good to program more carousels since Instagram has increased the number of slides as well, but I think Metricool is also considering this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ill-equipped chat help and IT support. Wasted 4 hours trying to get my issue resolved.
I have had multiple issues with the desktop site for the past several days. My reels are not posting to facebook due to “Video Creation” error. And the Planner is not showing the Calendar “Month” view. All I can see is the week view.
I followed all the steps they provided to troubleshoot both of my technical issues.
I have now spent four hours with their chat team over the course of two work days days with no solution. After chatting with 3-4 chat team members, I believe they are ill-equipped. I should have been directed to the IT team immediately. I asked to speak with someone on the phone. Metricool does not have phone support.
I would have been satisfied if my problem has been solved within an hour. I am finally getting help from someone in the IT dept, but it took four hours away from my work as a social media manager. I simply do not have the time to be wasting on troubleshooting a software that exists to save time for social media managers.

SInce writing this review, I heard back from Metricool and they refunded my account fully until the problem was solved. I received a personal email from the head of the IT dept admitting their error and expressing their apologies, committing to growing and improving. Metricool has helped me to be present on multiple platforms as a content creator at the same time without having to be on each social network every day and all the time to upload content. You gain several hours a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not that I don't like it. It's a natural process for anything new that you have never touched before, and you need to dedicate time to it at the beginning until you get the hang of it. Maybe a link to a video with the most frequently asked questions and a step-by-step guide for posting on various social networks or when you only want to post on one social network would be helpful. Metricool is essential for managing my personal brand on different social networks, but also for managing my clients' accounts.
One of the features I like the most is that from its dashboard I can have a complete view of the key metrics of all connected social networks. This includes follower growth statistics, interactions, reach, and more, which makes the work easier.
Also, the scheduling function is great because it allows you to organize all the content well in advance and not waste so much time on social networks.

I have been using Metricool since I discovered it in a youtube video about 2 years ago. As a social media manager, I manage many accounts. Metricool makes it easy to schedule, provide monthly reports, manage ads, and a log more. For beginners and pros, Metricool will make your life so much easier and shave off tons of time. Metricool is the engine that runs our main social media scheduling and analytics operations. The platform streamlined analytics reporting for our clients, allowing us to easily share data in a way that shows more than just numbers and percentages, plus it allows one-click PDF report downloads, which saved my team so much time that we used to spend aggregating social data manually. Transitioning accounts from our old platform was very painless, and their support team is very helpful. They also regularly add new features to keep up with the ever-changing social media landscape. The platform's content review system is still a work in progress. They have added new features like the ability to send individual review requests for posts, however I would like the ability to send a review link to clients for our whole post calendar, not just the individual posts. There is also no system currently in place to notify you via email/push notification when someone leaves feedback on a drafted post, which can be easily overlooked if not actively looking for the small dot on the calendar view.
