Metre2 Takeoff Studio is PDF takeoff software for Windows, made in the UK for quantity surveyors, estimators and contractors. Open PDF or image drawings, set the scale (including straight from the title block) and measure lengths, areas, counts, slopes and wall areas, with layers, cutouts, spacing, drawing text search and a drawing register. Takeoff Studio Pro adds one-click room areas and auto walls, find-symbol auto counting, a rooms and finishes schedule, assemblies with formulas and waste, a costed schedule with your own rates, drawing overlay and revision compare, and exports to Excel, CSV, PDF and an NRM2 bill of quantities. The free version has no time limit; Pro is GBP 24.99 a month or GBP 199.99 a year through the Microsoft Store. No account needed, and projects stay on your PC.
