Metre2 BOQ is bill of quantities and estimating software for Windows, made in the UK for quantity surveyors, estimators, cost consultants and subcontractors. Measure areas, lengths and counts directly on PDF drawings and the quantities flow straight into structured BOQ items, with no retyping. Every total keeps its dimension sheet, so you can always see the measurements behind it. Build bills from NRM2, SMM7, CESMM, BCIS, Rail or Highways libraries, price them with your own rates, compare a bill against another version to see items added, changed or deleted, and export to Excel for estimating systems and spreadsheets. 30-day free trial, then GBP 19.99 one-off through the Microsoft Store. No account or subscription needed.
