Método X is Spanish-language coaching software for personal trainers and online fitness coaches. It brings client management, workout programming, nutrition and progress tracking into one workspace, with a mobile-friendly web app for clients. Coaches can create routines with sets, rep ranges, RIR, supersets and training blocks; schedule and repeat complete training weeks; and review completed workouts, habits, body measurements and estimated 1RM. Nutrition tools include an ingredient-based recipe library, food substitutions and calorie or macro adjustments for each client. Pro adds the coach’s logo and colors in the client app, two-week review reports, an AI assistant and priority WhatsApp support. Studio adds review reports covering one to four weeks, client imports and team accounts. AI changes require the coach’s confirmation. Reports can be printed or saved as PDF. Coaches can share their service plans and manage client payments by bank transfer, Bizum or their own connected Stripe account. Client payments are separate from the coach’s Método X subscription. Starter supports up to 5 clients (€14.99/month or €12.99/month billed annually); Pro, 50 (€59.99 or €49.99); Studio, 100 (€99.99 or €79.99). New coaches get a one-month Studio trial without a card. The client app is a web app/PWA, not a separate native App Store app.
