I love that I'm able to use the tool to capture details of my candidate screens and then summarize the conversation to pull out the most critical aspects of the conversation to best showcase the candidate's background and experience. I no longer have to spend a lot of time trying to rewrite my notes because Metaview does it for me! I also love that I can use the tool to go back and review the entire transcribed conversation if I need to recall something specific. Every Recruiter needs this! The only thing I dislike it how the tool automatically emails notes to meeting attendees when it is used for internal meetings. All meeting attendees don't always have a Metaview seat so they aren't familiar with the tool.
