## Metaview Reviews
  ### 1. An integral part of our process that allows me to hire with confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Firstly, onboarding new interviewers and keeping the team consistent becomes much easier when you have a corpus of recent examples to use. You can also review and shadow new interviewers and provide feedback asynchronously.

Secondly, once you get to towards offer stage, you can review all previous interviews and use this to make better hiring decisions. This feels like a great way to milk as much value out of the hard-spent time my team has made interviewing candidates. It means I'm less concerned about being involved early on in the interview process because I have a way of familiarising myself with candidates later on. This final point is what I like the most about Metaview!

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

We’ve only used Metaview for the engineering team. I’d love for it to become common across the company so we can share best practices.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More consistent hiring process; easier onboarding; improved hiring decisions; more effective use of my time and the interview team's time.

  ### 2. Always looking to add new features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amrit M. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Not only do they listen to my feedback, they are also very quick to act upon it. They always get to the heart of the issue that I have and come up with highly effective solutions. The product never stays stagnant as they're constantly looking to add more value.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

No issues to report really; they’re attentive enough that everything gets resolved.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of my most senior colleagues were spending more of their time interviewing than on their technical roles. They were starting to get frustrated and it was affecting their work. Metaview allowed us to quickly ease this burden by training up a large cohort of interviewers all at once.

  ### 3. Slice and dice never-before-available data to see what’s really happening in interviews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I like that I can slice and dice our data in so many different ways to get interesting insights. For example, I’m able to compare candidates who rejected our offers with candidates who accepted to see if there are any correlations I can find. There are so many different ways I can customize these comparisons, and the Metaview UI makes it so easy to trial these out and save my favorites

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

The real limitation is with our ATS rather than Metaview. It integrates so seamlessly with our ATS, but we don’t always feed in all the right information there.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interviewing is so important but it’s such a black box. We had no way of knowing whether we were conducting them well or badly. We had some basic metrics of rejection/acceptance rates and candidate drop-off rates, but nothing that could inform us of how to improve these. The data overview provided by Metaview gave us some desperately needed insights.

  ### 4. Easy and reliable! Essential for scaling your pool of interviewers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Adding in new interviewers and being automatically notified of their progress -- no need to manually track interviewer progress or pop into the platform for routine check-ins. It’s also really handy being able to tag my colleagues to sections of the transcripts that I think they’d find beneficial to make their decision. I can also copy snippets of the interview, either just as text or including a link to the recording.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

It doesn’t directly measure candidate experience e.g. by getting their feedback.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted our candidates to have a fairer process. Feedback on scorecards was disparate and sometimes incomplete. Using the “Feedback-on-feedback” feature of Metaview’s Shadow Paths, we’ve been able to make sure all interviewers understand how we expect them to write their scorecards. This feature has helped us reduce time to hire and improved the quality of our interview process.

  ### 5. Valuable tool, even for experienced interviewers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison T. | Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

The best thing about Metaview is I don’t need to pay as much attention to writing notes during my interviews. I can focus way more on the interview itself, knowing that I have the recordings to back up any gaps in my notes. This leads to a much better candidate experience and makes for a more thorough interview.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Some candidates are very sensitive about data privacy, so I wish there was a interviewee UI where they could read more and manage their own data. Also occasionally we have candidates apply for multiple roles and their titles get switched in the UI. It's still easy to search by name.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using Metaview to help train interviewers. It’s been even better than I’d expected. The feedback is very specific and tailored to each interviewer. Despite being an experienced interviewer, I still find it useful to have reminders for things.

  ### 6. Organized and User Friendly!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I appreciate how straightforward and to the point the platform is for tracking our interviewers in training. I can visibly see which interviewer is undergoing which stage in their training process without monitoring them as I did before manually. As our company was rapidly expanding, our interviewer team was also on the rise. It was gradually becoming difficult to be the sole individual managing their training process and Metaview helped automate a part of the process for me. This helped save me time on following up with each trainee individually.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

There is nothing I particularly dislike at the moment. Any issues I would face, it'd be easy to bring it up to the Metaview team to help resolve them. They are pretty approachable!

**Recommendations to others considering Metaview:**

Metaview will help automate many interviewing processes and can be designed to fit your needs! Reach out to the team and they will be flexible to help you get what you need!

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am no longer facing difficulties following up with each trainee individually for their training process as I did previously. It was becoming difficult to manage with the company scaling so quickly while the number of people monitoring the training process remained the same with just me. This gave me back the time needed to complete my other responsibilities.

  ### 7. Metaview continuously helps me become a better interviewer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hema T. | Product Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I love how seamlessly Metaview integrates into our recruiting workflows. From my perspective, as an interviewer, Metaview just works without me having to do anything. Getting personalized feedback after each interview is by far what I like best because it's super actionable. The product has really helped me develop as an interviewer.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

I don't currently dislike anything about Metaview. It works precisely as I'd expect it to, and the Metaview team is highly responsive to feedback.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we rapidly grow, our company started using Metaview to help our interviewing machine become more data-informed and for interviewers to become better at interviewing by receiving continuous feedback. Our pre-existing methods for doing this weren't scaling, so that's where Metaview came in.

  ### 8. Great self help tool for interviewer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam O. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

The interview coaching I receive has been personalized and actionable. I also get told when I’m improving or regressed with a particular skill. It’s also been incredible seeing how my interview data has enhanced over time.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

I’ve started getting some personalized data sent through to me. I would love to see the team further improve on this reporting in the future.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team started using Metaview to capture our interviews, and I was enrolled in coaching as a relatively new interviewer. It has definitely made me more confident that I am giving an excellent fair assessment every time.

  ### 9. Automated magnifying glass for interviewer training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

The team at Metaview is great. You can tell they really care about making sure we get the most from the platform. I always feel like I’m a top priority for them. The product is awesome and it helps us onboard and re-calibrate interviewers significantly quicker than before. It’s a must-have platform for scaling organizations!

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

We’ve really only focused on the shadow paths element of the system. I’d like to explore some of the other features in more detail.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training our interviewers using shadow paths was becoming prohibitively difficult to manage manually. It was very difficult to keep track of who had been trained on which path and how long they were taking to graduate. Metaview allows me to very clearly see who is lagging behind in their training and how many interviewers are trained to take specific interviews.

  ### 10. A safety net for interviewing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario S. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Metaview was quickly able to understand our process and had technology that was able to seamlessly capture our interviews. This has allowed us to have perfect recall of interviews so our interviewers can write more complete and accurate notes to facilitate hiring decisions. Additionally, our interviewers are able to accurately answer follow-up questions from the other members of the hiring team by quickly pulling up the transcript.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

There aren’t any major issues, however, the admin interface could use some upgrades like easier searching and calendar views. Metaview does a good job of sending weekly digests but it would be helpful if they flagged outlier interviews more immediately.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interviewers are able to focus more on the interview itself rather than writing notes because they have the confidence that Metaview can fill in any blanks. We’ve had situations where we’ve lost notes but thankfully we were able to quickly reproduce them thanks to the transcripts. We provide interview services for customers and share our notes with them. If our customers have questions, we’re able to use and share the transcripts to quickly resolve them.

**Official Response from Siadhal Magos:**

> That's a good call-out Mario. Flagging anomalies more immediately makes a ton of sense. We're building so quickly that, you're right, the interface could do with some love to make it (even) easier to use :)

  ### 11. Drastically reduced the time it takes to train interviewers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mandy M. | Recruiter, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I’ve loved using Metaview! It’s made scheduling shadow paths so much easier, meaning we can rapidly ramp up the number of fully trained interviewers that we have. This has been invaluable as we’ve scaled so quickly and plan to continue to do so going forward. The team has also made the transition to Metaview such a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Nothing comes to mind. They’re alway very responsive over Slack when
we’ve needed help.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manually scheduling shadow paths was very tedious. I would sometimes have to spend weeks waiting for the right interview to come up for me to schedule the shadow. Then, during the interview, the candidate experience wasn’t the best because there would be two interviewers, but only one actually interviewing because the other was just shadowing. With Metaview Shadows Paths, I don’t need to wait around. I can enrol interviewers immediately and the candidates get a much better interviewing experience.

  ### 12. Improve hiring by leveraging data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross C. | Senior Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

The application enables collaboration between internal colleagues on potential hiring candidates. The ability to create training paths when I find great examples of interviews has helped train up new interviewers.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

No major issues to raise, any defects flagged have been minor and rectified quickly by Metaview. Rasing and discussing any problems encountered is seamless and warmly accepted.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization has a structured and rigorous hiring process, and we wanted to make this journey efficient and use data-driven insights. The insights gained help reduce disagreements and improve our internal interviewing practices and expertise.

  ### 13. Metaview is crucial for our interviewer onboarding and training!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I love Metaview! Interviews are anxiety-inducing activities, and most of us are not very good at them (perhaps I'm projecting!). Metaview helps my team and myself to be significantly better interviewers. From helping us improve our technique to helping reduce unconscious bias. Also, Metaview has completely changed the game for us when it comes to ramping up new interviewers.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Nothing comes to mind. Metaview’s speed of shipping updates is insanely fast (they've inspired our own teams to ship faster).

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Metaview for interviewer onboarding and training. It’s by far (like, at least an order of magnitude) superior to our previous one-off training and shadowing programs. Metaview helps us rapidly onboard/train new interviewers to get them ready to lead interviews. The product then helps us by making sure our interviewing quality doesn’t decline across new and existing interviewers over time by giving us ongoing feedback.

  ### 14. Metaview has sped up our training process and positively impacted the experience of candidates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

With Metaview, I can train a large number of interviewers quickly. I can very easily see how long it’s taking for interviewers to complete their training and catch up with anyone who’s lagging. When interviewers complete their training, I can listen to their interviews further down the line to check if people are still calibrated, which wouldn’t be possible otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

There isn't anything specific that I don't like about Metaview. They're always on standby to answer questions and are so helpful.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Metaview shadow paths, we can train interviewers without them needing actually to join live interviews. This removes the awkward, superfluous interviewer, which massively improves the candidate experience. We can onboard them independent of when interviews are being held, so I can onboard new interviewers much quicker

  ### 15. Metaview is at the core of our interviewing success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben L. | Strategy Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Metaview is great for interviewer training and onboarding. Our team are much more confident as interviewers as a result, and find ourselves being much more comfortable that we are making fair and high-quality decisions about candidates.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

There is nothing about the fundamental product that I dislike. There are a few small UX issues that could be improved, but overall it’s been a real game-changer for our hiring so these don’t really factor for me.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted our interviewers to know what good interviewing actually was, and give them (as well as myself and other managers) support in being able to run them. We suspected this was an issue, but never had the data to back it up. Once we got Metaview, we both had the data AND the solution.

  ### 16. Why choose between quality and speed of hire, when you can have both?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Talent Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I like how easy it is to use. There’s very little onboarding required for our interviewers. It just runs in the background like clockwork. The metaview team is super engaging and always willing to help with questions, hop on a call etc

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

I haven't found anything missing from the product so far that I would change

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s difficult to keep up with the hiring demands of a rapidly scaling business. There aren’t enough people trained and confident enough to take interviews. We want to ensure we don’t just hire people to keep up with the pace, but maintain a high caliber of hire. This is where Metaview has been invaluable. We’re increasing our interviewer pool without sacrificing quality.

  ### 17. Really get to know your candidates with every interview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kashef A. | Director

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Really get to know your candidates with every interview

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

I sometimes wish there was more information in the Overview section. But there’s a near infinite amount of data that if they showed all of it it would be inconsumable. Metaview is always willing to create whatever report we need with all the data we’re interested in.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidates were dropping off during our interview process. We couldn’t work out why this was the case. Using Metaview’s data, we were able to see that candidates who dropped off weren’t given as much time to speak during interviews. I couldn’t believe how we’d missed it until it was staring us right in the face!

  ### 18. Training life saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I love that Metaview is tracking and moving our interviewers through each stage of our customized interviewing training path. We are no longer swimming in excel spreadsheets and manually updating. The team is always happy to jump on a call to brainstorm and has built our new features based on our specific training process. Getting interviewers up to speed on using Metaview is seamless so that is also a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

No huge complaints. We primarily use it for Shadow Paths.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our data lived in quips, excel and slack channels. It's so nice to have it all in one place. If there is a bottleneck, we can easily identify it and work out a solution.

  ### 19. End to end interviewer training, even for experienced hands

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Despite being an experienced interviewer, I still get benefits from the coaching. There’s really interesting insights around how to structure the interview better, how to phrase questions more effectively and how to encourage candidates to give more information per question. I didn’t realize how much I could learn!

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Lots of features being added all the time. Not taken the time to explore them all in detail

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’d never really been trained on how to interview. I have a good feel for these things and that’s got me this far. But this meant that when I had to build a team of interviewers, I didn’t really know how to approach training them up. Metaview was a one-stop shop for all my training needs. Their shadow paths handle the initial onboarding as an interviewer, and their ongoing coaching handles the continuous development.

  ### 20. Effective, scalable and contextualised interviewer training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

The best thing about Metaview’s coaching is that it’s not a cookie-cutter solution or classroom-based session. The feedback they give to interviewers is contextualised by the interviewer's actual interviews and backed up by the data. This allows their experts to give very specific and actionable feedback to allow them to improve.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

I honestly can’t think of much that I dislike about Metaview.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’d grown so fast that we were struggling to make sure our interviewers were properly trained before speaking with candidates. This is where Metaview’s coaching was invaluable. 100% of our interviewers engaged with the coaching they received and improved because of it (13% increase in the rigor of their interviews)

  ### 21. Quickly resolve hiring disputes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeshurun A. | Market Launcher - US/Canada , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

If there is ever any dispute about a hiring decision, Metaview is able to quickly resolve it. You can revisit specific parts/sections of the interviews and take collective decisions as a team. Also, it helps me to refresh any missing information. Simply, Metaview helps us to make unbiased decisions.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

I like all the features and functionalities.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Metaview allows me to focus on my interview without worrying about missing parts in my notes. I’m able to easily listen back at up to 2x speed to see if I missed anything. This means I can gather more information during the interview itself to make a more informed decision.

  ### 22. Helps me and my team master interviewing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I like being able to jump into other peoples interviews in order to help align on a final decision on a candidate, or help them think through how to adapt their interview style. The data from the interviews on speaking time and question count are pretty helpful for identifying who needs help, which means I spend my time with the members of my team that actually need the help.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

The transcription isn’t perfect. But it is still more than good enough most of the time.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure me and my team are aligned on what good interviewing looks like. Before, it was completely unknown.

  ### 23. Interviewer training made simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

You can tell a lot of thought and empathy has gone into the feedback that’s given, it's really appreciated! They often mention things I’ve done well as well as things I could improve on. They get the wording just right that even my most senior colleagues appreciate it, without feeling defensive. It's a hard balance but Metaview get it right.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

There’s really nothing to dislike about it

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My colleagues and I just got thrust into interviewing without really getting any training. Because interviews are such a blackbox, it was impossible to know how good these interviews were. The recordings shine a light on what happens in interviews, and the ongoing coaching allows us all to continuously improve.

  ### 24. Impressive for improving interviews.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Very easy to use and helps me understand the overall quality of the interviews that are taking place (we spend so much time interviewing as an org so it feels good to know we’re doing a good job). Also great for picking up on areas we need to improve our process as a company.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

If people run an unscheduled interview, then we sometimes miss out on capturing it to the platform.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re very focused on running fair interviews, and we weren’t making much progress until we started to roll-out Metaview. If you can’t measure something it is impossible to improve. So Metaview has made the difference here.

  ### 25. Interviewer training on steroids

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dian T. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

How fluent interviewer onboarding has become since we adopted Metaview.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Once it didn’t join an interview and we lacked data at the debrief

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly interviewer onboarding. Shadowing used to be managed via spreadsheets, and it took months for a new joiner to reach a primary interviewer stage. It’s much easier logistically now and the quality is the same.

  ### 26. Really like it. By far the best tool for helping me be more confident as an interviewer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

The transcripts are useful, especially for learning how others interview so I can learn from their style and structure. But the thing I love most are the personalised insights and pieces of feedback I get. It's like magic, and has proved very actionable for me as someone that went from being an inexperienced interviewer, to interviewing multiple times per week.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

I'd prefer it if I could use Metaview only, and not have to use the other tools in our recruitment process. The interview is the main thing we use to make a decision so it doesn't make sense to me that I then need to go through other recruiting systems to make a recommendation on a candidate etc.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wasn't a confident interviewer and I didn't know how to interview wel. Now I do :)

  ### 27. Becoming an interviewer in 2 weeks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I recently joined my organization and had the quickest interviewer onboarding experience I’ve seen.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Sometimes pages might take a while to load.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The part I’ve been exposed to is interviewer training. I had to virtually shadow a few well selected interviews and then had high confidence upon my first real interview that things would go well and I’m calibrated.

  ### 28. Awesome for helping me improve at interviewing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Knowing what I can do to improve as an interviewer. I’ve been interviewing for years now, and never before had advice that felt relevant and personal to me.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Not so much a dislike, but I would love for more of the company to be on the platform so we can gather more analytics and all learn from each other.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Metaview solves is my personal ability to run good interviews, and when I do run a good interview, actually having the info available to me (via the transcript and recordings). Previously, I tried to take notes and would end up running a less engaging interview.

  ### 29. LOVE Metaview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hiroo C. | Sourcing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Super easy to use. It works completely seamlessly in the background. Also loved being able to check out other people’s interviews when I initially started interviewing.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

In all my time using the software I honestly haven't encountered anything I dislike

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main problem solved has been my level of confidence when interviewing for a ton of different roles. I come away much more confident about my interview and my decision.

  ### 30. No more arguing at debriefs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hristo S. | Member of Technical Staff, Level 3, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I like the transparency and fairness it brings to the interviewing process. There’s no more arguing and doubting on candidate debriefs.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Sometimes the recorded video is a bit laggy.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing we tackled was not having transparency in our interview process. We would often have contradicting opinions about a candidate at the debrief.

  ### 31. Metaview experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

I like the recommendations Metaview gives after each interview. They are actionable and address specific issues. I also really like that in the next interview, the feedback also considers previous feedback and how I improved on it.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Nothing in particular. ----------------------

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Having a transcription of the interview for later reference.
2. Getting feedback about interview performance.

  ### 32. Scaling our interviewer training program by utilizing virtual training & providing quality feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Metaview?**

Having control over the quality of training that our interviewers are receiving.

**What do you dislike about Metaview?**

Requires a lot of manual coordination and inability to get on-the-spot data.

**What problems is Metaview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring consistent, quality training, removing manual scheduling coordination of live interviews, automatically tracking training progress
