Building almost whole backup offline for any BMS system can definitely be the best things about Metasys, it also allow the feature to use single equipment for multiple silimar systems. Almost all industrial and home automation needs are being fulfilled by Metasys, the ease of operation the system and identifying the errors occured through audible and visual alarms are the most beneficial. It's a tremendous graphic user interface to operate modern building energy management efficiency and makes it easier for the operators to manage Indoor Air Quality, commercial HVAC, lighting, security and protection systems, power outages and other critical aspects of a building, enabling them to communicate on a single GUI energy efficent and sustainable building design. I think there could be more control points on the point list for different measured parameters and sequences of operation for a more elaborate and efficient control system. This software has many essential features that other building automation software don't provide. It can connect different systems to a single platform which improves communication between them. I like how organized the dashboard and home is for managing everything in the office to drive us to a more sustainable outcome. The mobile functionality is great and offers a lot of things that the full experience does. However, I feel that the mobile could use a UI face lift to make the user experience a bit smoother. Drastically reduced consumption of electricity costs on lights, HVAC, etc are just one of the benefits of Metasys and can imagine it helps a lot of companies realize their emission goals. The software could be improved by allowing multiple tiers of users with different authentication levels that take into consideration least privilege principle. Connects all HVAC, lighting, and security system of the buildings and can be controlled from one platform and helps in making the building more energy-efficient and taking care of occupant comfort level. What problems is Metasys solving and how is that benefiting you? I can easily monitor the HVAC system and lighting from my system and make changes if there are deviations in the set point. The alarm is on if the equipment is not performing, so I coordinate with the building operator for rectification. There are n number of benefits 1.It is open source and helps in system intergration for ease of operation 2.It makes the building more intelligent and works more competent in saving energy and providing occupant comfort. 3. it helps in remotely monitoring from one system. 4.
