MetaRouter is a real usable tool for eCommerce teams. This has made our lives much easier as an organization looking to continually optimize and add to our eCommerce platform. There are few if any downsides. The set up is complicated, we luckily have a strong developer/ SI who did the heavy lifting, and now we just wish we had a bigger team to do more with our site. We have only so much time to run different scenarios like A/B testing, session recording and analytics reviews using the data layers we mapped with MetaRouter. It's very easy to use and makes your life easier because you can see all your events triggered in real-time. It allows you to quickly debug all the analytics calls and make sure they are triggered properly and have all the properties that you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In some areas the UI is just too simple. Real-time logs view can get messy quickly, so you need to either pause or filter.
