The strength of Metapraxis' Empower software is due to its highly customizable nature. With that said, that highly customizable nature also makes it a little challenging to make changes, especially any drastic ones. We have been able to implement many changes without having to use Metapraxis consultants but if we did, we were always glad to be working with them as we leveraged their experience.
