What I dislike about this awareness training platform is aspects of the user interface. It can be a bit clunky and not always very intuitive with it's wording and menus, which sometimes makes navigation and configuration challenging without the help of support. MetaCompliance has been a great addition to our security awareness toolset in our organisation. Campaigns are fully customizable, right down to creating our own templates, training can be scheduled, and reporting on user adoption is great too. The added feature of integration with microsoft teams is a big bonus for us, and the support team are always willing to assist if there are any questions or help required. We use this monthly fairly regularly. Getting set up was a breeze, with support on hand incase there was any problems, and their knowledge base is also a handy resource when trying to implement certain things. Some of the learning outcomes that come as part of the phishing training campaigns are missing for the templates that are available. When a user clicks on a link that they shouldn't, it would be good to have a relevant template pointing out the red flags.
