The onboarding process and initial contact with support have been fantastic. The training sessions were concise but thorough, ensuring we were happy with each stage before moving on to the next. It was hands-on and spread across several sessions, preventing information overload. After the training, I was comfortable using all parts of MetaCompliance. The training goes beyond the platform and considers the launch to users, giving tips on ensuring the highest participation from staff. We purchased MetaCompliance to target our staff with bite-sized cyber security awareness training. The solution offers everything we require out-of-the-box: Microsoft Teams integration, Azure AD user integration via SCIM, and detailed reporting options. The MyCompliance platform is intuitive from both administrative and user perspectives. The initial setup involved customising templates and the look and feel of the platform, as well as setting up users via SCIM and the Microsoft Teams integration. The knowledge base and product guides are extensive, and the support team are friendly and fast to respond. The entire process was straightforward. The platform is split up into different modules, and we are using the Learning and Phishing ones - where courses and phishing exercises are created and managed. The delivery of both of these is via a Campaign. Once we've created content - either a bite-sized course or a phish, we can easily schedule these via a campaign, choosing when and who to target. There is a wealth of pre-created content (nanos, interactions, videos, animations, quizzes) to choose from, in addition to the ability to create custom content. During and following a campaign, the reporting options are ample. The reminder feature for those that don't complete the training, and the subsequent escalation to line managers, is excellent. Although we are in the very early stages, having just started our first learning campaign, the platform appears to be updated regularly based on user feedback, with detailed release notes available in the support centre - including details of upcoming changes and past ones. **What do you dislike about MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training?** We've had a few niggles with the Teams integration, but nothing that hasn't been either a user error or a limitation of Microsoft rather than MetaCompliance. In my experience so far, I can't think of any aspect of MetaCompliance that doesn't work well or hasn't been included. This makes it a very simple process to deploy to our staff. They don't need to visit another website or login elsewhere. It is early days, I'm guessing one potential problem might be that users become a little bit blind to the cartoon nature of some of the presentations, or nano-videos. We do have a 60 minute training session for staff but this is rather dated and is probably past its sell by date!
