We chose to add MetaCompliance to our offerings because it allows us to build our own training course using their modules and incororating our own. Also, a big plus is that we can create our own quizzes for custom content we create and add into a course. The competitor does not allow this. Also, when we contact support with an issue, we get an answer almost immediately, often with a personally created video showing us exactly what we need to do while narrating the video using our personal name. It is almost as good as a realtime screenshare. I never worry that any issue is going to go unresolved. The competing product's support often takes a full day for a reply and almost always is a link to a somewhat related article. Very frustating! **What do you dislike about MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training?** The UI is a still not as intuitive as I would like but improving. Since we are a US-based company, some of the modules are not as acceptable given the UK-based focused for many.
