The customer service we received during our onboarding and integration was absolutely fantastic, regular calls, tech support - everything we needed to get started and roll out our first campaign was covered. As the product is a cloud solution we integrated with Active Directory and setup security groups to enable registration to certain content pools. We have also leaned heavily into the Cyber Police content which we receive consistent great feedback on and is frequently viewed by our users. **What do you dislike about MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training?** For the longest time there wasn't an ability to view all of the video content in one place and a fusion template course had to remain in place just to preview things however, with the introduction of the content library that has now given me exactly what i wanted. Most of this was due to issues related to spam filters detonating the links and phishing campaigns reporting clicks where the users hadn't even opened the email. Support wasn't great at resolving this, and it took a lot of our time to research and find out what was causing this. On top of that, we had and still have regular issues with users ending up on suppression lists, which means that they will not receive emails from MetaCompliance. No ask is too much trouble and once handed to your customer success manager, that same position applies. It's refreshing to actually have a product live up to the sales pitch but equally the team deliver on the onboarding. Too often you're sold a dream and the wider team can let you down in turn. **What do you dislike about MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training?** There's some clunkiness to the UI such as seemingly have to via policy reporting and then select the survey tab at the top of the screen to see that metric. To my knowledge there's not a dedicated survey reporting button within the sidebar. **What problems is MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us the means to deliver excellent training to staff and determine traceability on completion, whilst offering the means to cajoles those who haven't started or completed it on a weekly basis. This helps with training uptake. Equally the policy feature is excellent as it gives us capabilities to route all our policies through one platform and determine who's read and agreed to them, which was an issue prior. ### 45. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate when setting up the training. Meta Support is great, they reply very quickly and resolve issues in good time. Also, very handy is the support they offer to get you trained up on the platform and have sessions/workshops available, if needed. **What do you dislike about MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training?** It would be good to have more options of videos, it's abit limited for Data Protection. When setting up the training, it would be good if you could move or copy videos etc to different sections of the training. Example, if I put a video in the wrong section e.g under Info Sec but wanted it under Data Protection section, I have to delete it and search for it again to add it to the correct section. Would be good to be able to setup certificates more easily when staff complete training, with catch22 logo. If you have this already, apologies, but think you just have a generic one. **What problems is MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping by ensuring staff have the knowledge of what to do to protect Catch22 data. The support team always has time to help and the solutions they provide for a problem are almost always very helpful. If you have ideas how to improve the platform, MetaCompliance will listen very carefully. Some of our ideas have been implemented within the platform, which indicates they actually listen to the customers. Also, MetaCompliance is easy to use. It is not a very complicated application, which makes it very user friendly. Also I like the transparency from customer succes. As a customer, we are informed very well with roadmaps, webinars, and information sessions. This always give me a lot of confidence for future content. **What do you dislike about MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training?** - I would like to see more phishing templates being added - Before a phishing campaign is published, you will get a notification that tells you to whitelist some things beforehand. This procedure could be more detailed, because there definitely are more things to prepare. - While creating a learning course, there are some ''rules''. For example: You can't drag and drop between sections, you can't publish a section with only a quiz. You can't put 2 quizzes in one section. There is no way to work around some rules, and sometimes creating a learning course is more complicated than it should be. - The trigger function: ''as soon as user joins platform'' counts for everyone in user management. The system is straightforward with useful reporting features and simple to create interesting and engaging training materials. The MetaCompliance Security training received from Lucia and the team has been excellent with regular support and touch-point meetings, as well as further training and support from system expert Connal. Meta seamlessly integrates with Teams which is used heavily by our teams at Weev and again provides easy access to the training and compliance system. meta has been extremely straightforward to setup and implement across the business, which is particularly beneficial for a small start-up like ourselves.
