Best part is its integration with microsoft 365 and it helps with preloaded templates which increases engagement and overall roi. Customer support is great and initial integration is smooth. It is not suitable for non microsoft environment like Google Cloud etc. User dashboard is bit techinical but it can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering MessageOps: I would definitely recommend this but if your organisation size is small and not using microsoft environment then it will be not relevant. It can easily be integrated with microsoft 365 and azure. It provides Office 365 Adoption Toolkit which helps in higher user engagement. It Provides recommendations for right-sizing licenses.
