What I like best about Message Gears would be the ability to go in and edit HTML very easily rather being stuck with the drag and drop functionality. The HTML editor itself is extremely irritating, so I have to copy the code into another program to edit and then replace the code in the Message Gears editor. Also, the insights are not as robust as our Hubspot platform. It would be nice if we could see more compelling data such as that. It would also be nice to see the emails running as a campaign. In turn, it would be nice to be able to track the users actions upon receiving the email and to be able to learn more information about who they are and where they are.
