Analytics and event management - Also one of the most powerful type of message i've ever used in my professional career is the Conversation. I like the variety of options, the fullness of the interconnectivity, and the options for your outbound campaigns according to the many different marketing channels. It works well internationally, so it's flexible per client based on the type of English you need to use (and I'm certain other languages will prove it's flexibility as well). Secondly, the resource testing has enabled Hopster to improve the on-boarding experience for new and existing users with minimal development A feature which I love as a marketer but didn’t get a chance to implement was the Facebook Ads and on-boarding integration - ensuring the ads seen by a user matches with the messaging in the on boarding. It’s a great tool to enable/disable new features and soft launch new features to a small subset of users, or disable features if they are the leading cause of a crash not discovered during QA. Message Gears provide a plethora of tools and features which help us manage and automate email delivery.
