"ALMOST PERFECT"
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

The simplicity and the results are really good, some issues that obviously need tp be worked on but for the most part a great app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

Sometimes the results make no sense. I also think with Image to Mesh you should also add text prompts to guide it using the image alone is not enough, and a resolution setting would be great forcing/guiding the AI to keep the resolution high. also if the final result is completely unusable i am still charged credits i believe there should be a revision option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best AI for Detailed 3D Model Texturization with an Intuitive, Fast Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

Their generated 3D models have great detail, and the core is strong for producing T-pose and A-pose models. It’s the best AI for 3D model texturization I’ve used so far. They also have a really intuitive UI, and it’s easy to get started on the platform, with solid gamification and rewards during onboarding. It includes lots of integrations with core software such as Blender, and it’s quick to produce both the models and the textures. Overall, it’s worth the investment—really cheap for the value it generates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

When I import a model, I don’t always know whether it’s actually printable, so sometimes it needs fixing. In those cases, I have to process it with textures, which uses credits. The frustrating part is that even after spending those credits, the model still isn’t always printable, so it can end up being a waste of credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant 3D Models, Effortless Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

I use Meshy to turn 2D images into 3D models for use in mobile games. I love that it allows me to turn a 2D image into a 3D model instantly, so I don't need to spend hours or days working on a model myself. It's extremely easy to use and the output is always better than I expect! It saves me a lot of time, as I have made 30+ 3D models in the past few weeks, which would have been weeks of work without Meshy. The initial setup was also extremely easy; I just created an account, signed up for an introductory subscription, and started creating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

Not often, but sometimes the 3D model generation fails. I notice that this is usually when the model will have an extremely high poly count, so it's more of a 'would be nice' rather than 'Meshy isn't good enough'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Meshy 6 is my preferred way of creating products"
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

I love how fast I can take one concept from my imagination and turn it into a 3D object. I can then take that object, refine it, adjust it and turn it into a functional and funny product. Sometimes more takes are needed, other times Meshy gives me a great first draft from the get-go. To say Meshy 6 is a time-saver would be an understatement. Doing a first 3D draft of an idea takes me 10 or 20 times longer if I do it all by hand in Z Brush or Blender. I can instead use that time to quicky have Meshy 6 drafting a bunch of ideas, download them and then take them into Zbrush and do all the tweaks I need. That's how I can create a lot of products for my online shop really fast and I can quickly test what works and what doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

It's not really a dislike, it's just the practicality of it: I would very much like to be able to do more basic edits directly in Meshy 6. For example, a few basic brushes would be great, maybe even the option of using negative parts. CAD and Zbrush very basic elements, basically. If they were available, I could save myself even more time and simplify my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very impressive tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

What I like most about Meshy is how quickly I can turn ideas into usable 3D assets. It fits perfectly into my Unreal Engine workflow and allows me to focus on level design and creativity instead of spending hours modeling everything from scratch. I especially appreciate the quality of the generated props and how easy it is to iterate on different concepts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

One thing I would like to see improved is credit efficiency. Complex scenes or multiple iterations can consume credits quite quickly, so having more affordable iteration options or additional ways to earn credits would make experimentation easier. Some generated assets also require minor cleanup or adjustments, but overall the workflow is already very impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfection"
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

What I like most about Meshy is how fast and intuitive it is. It allows me to turn ideas into high-quality 3D models within minutes, which saves a huge amount of time compared to traditional modeling workflows. The AI-generated results are impressive, the interface is easy to use, and it helps both beginners and professionals create assets efficiently. Meshy has significantly improved my productivity and creativity in 3D design projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

One area where Meshy could improve is the consistency of the generated models. Occasionally, some parts of a model come out distorted or contain unwanted geometry artifacts, which requires additional cleanup and editing. Improving the accuracy and structural consistency of complex shapes would make the workflow even smoother and more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Meshy Helps Us Create Realistic, Unique Assets for Our Fantasy Game"
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

I am building a huge fantasy game with just one other guy. We are programmers not modelers and meshy does a fantastic job of helping us make realistic and unique progress building our game without going through the hassle of finding artists who are willing to join a passion project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

the one thing I can say is that I wish meshy had a better set of animations for its characters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good but quite expensive price to generate one"
4/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

- satisfying result of the model

- very good rigging tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

- sometimes a little bit innacurate with the model/textures

- always give very high mesh vertices that can't setting to certain limit (i know there's a low-poly one but it more satisfying with the other one)

- very little amount of retry remodel/retexture button (it's quite unfortunate that there's limit of this even though it pays for certain subscription that is quite expensive and the results are sometimes pretty bad)

- edit retexturing are very difficult and very bad to understand what i am asking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good. The application responds to commands very well and is extremely helpful in my work."
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

Answering what makes Meshy exceptional requires looking past its surface-level convenience and analyzing its impact on the modern 3D production pipeline. From a technical and workflow-oriented perspective, the most compelling aspect of Meshy is its ability to democratize and accelerate generative 3D asset creation while maintaining high structural and textual fidelity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

When analyzing Meshy from a critical perspective focused on pipelines, its limitations become evident as it moves beyond the rapid prototyping phase and enters production-ready workflows. Although it is a powerful tool for the quick generation of assets, various technical bottlenecks prevent it from completely replacing traditional 3D pipelines. "Accurate Low-Poly and Multi-Angle Picture-to-Mesh That I Can Build On"
5/5
What do you like best about Meshy?

As a content creator who makes gaming assets in my free time, I rely on Meshy.ai’s low-poly generation and its multi-angle picture-to-mesh capability to produce consistently accurate models that I can confidently build on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meshy?

Although model creation is getting better, identification of parts in generated models is still lacking. Once an object is created, it would be helpful for the model to align topology with mapped textures making disassembly and re-texturing simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
