**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I appreciate how Meshy accelerates my model creation process, enabling the production of game models faster than human capabilities, even when working with complex 4K textures. I love that Meshy fits my personal style better than previous software like Photoshop, providing a more satisfying user experience. The quick and effortless setup made adopting Meshy into my workflow seamless, and I am thrilled with its overall performance. I also value that it integrates well with Unreal Engine 5, which complements my work perfectly. Overall, I find everything about Meshy to be impressive, making it an essential tool in my creative toolkit.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I find that Meshy has room for improvement when working with 4K textures. It could be more effective at handling and integrating these higher resolution textures to enhance overall model quality.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Meshy accelerates my game model creation, performing faster than I can manually, even with 4K textures.

  ### 2. Easy, Straightforward 3D Model Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan L. | Backend / Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

It’s easy to generate things like 3D models, and the process feels straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

The generated UVs and textures could probably be clearer, especially if an artist wants to generate different texture variations.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating and modeling 3D models.

  ### 3. Good Solution for 3D Beginners, but Improvable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katia R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I find it fantastic that you can create a 3D model from images with Meshy. This has really helped me because before I had no way to create models for my 3D printer. Now, thanks to Meshy, I have been able to complete some projects and others are in progress. It was difficult to find models of characters that interested me, but with this tool, I have finally been able to bring my projects to life.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I would like more attempts to review an image, four are not enough and surely each image gets worse with each attempt you make. I would like it to be able to perceive the image better because for many models it tends to add pieces from nowhere or cut parts. It would be nice to have the ability to directly modify the obtained project by asking the AI to remove what it got wrong or the ability to cut and dismantle the project. Quite simple even though I would like more details to understand all the creation options.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy helps me create 3D models for my printer, solving the problem of the lack of models and my inexperience in 3D modeling.

  ### 4. Fantastic tool for prototyping, asset generation and character creation!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarek K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

It is one of few generative AI products which actually deliver quality far better than what is commonly considered "AI slop". In some instances the models are plug and play and would work in most indie titles. Meshy however is absolute monster of a tool when it comes to quick prototyping. You want to check a concept of a character in game? 5 minutes later, you have it in your game. You want to try a whole new building style, or maybe just generate entire piece of your scene? Sure, go for it!

On top of that, you can control vertex count, and low poly mode is just brilliant. You can get a character perfect for a side scroller or a mobile game under 10k verts and still with very neat quality!

I also like how you can help with model learning by a daily task which also gives some generation credits. Cool!

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

There are still few areas where Meshy struggles, most notably in texture generation. There are lots of glitches, PBR usually ends up excessively shiny, and most of typical AI artifacts show here. This is especially visible on low poly models, but that is important in game development, having a million-vertex character is not ideal.

That said, the textures are still workable, and there is a tool to make some simple retouches.

I am quite sure quality here will be improved, eventually.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prototyping, literally a game changer. It is changing our game!
On top of that, lower-priority assets which no longer need to be relegated to artists who can now focus on delivering actual meaningful content rather than modelling a bunch of rocks or something like that.

  ### 5. Accurate, Game-Ready Models for My Development Journey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Gives me accurate models that will actually work for me in my game development journey

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

It’s not 100% accurate and I have to spend a lot more tokens than I intend on using to get a model that will work for me but other than that it’s pretty good

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s way too complicated to make models by scratch and other websites don’t print models quite as good

  ### 6. Generation of 3D models from images: powerful feature

  ### 7. Effortless 3D Modeling with Impressive Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meeloo L.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I like Meshy for its easy use and quick results, alongside the quality level of results I've had so far. It offers quick-time creation of designs, whether as a draft or a final copy, without needing to search for pre-made designs. It's especially helpful for someone inexperienced with digital design and 3D modeling. I appreciate that you can input an image and get print-ready designs in less than a minute, which is great for timed projects or those with several components. The initial setup was smooth with zero issues; all I had to do was upload an image and click generate, and the software handled everything else. Also, Meshy works without failure and delivers high-quality results on short notice.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

If a design does not come out your way repetitively, you are forced to spend more credits.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy for quick-time creation of designs, saving me from searching for unmade designs. It's user-friendly for digital design novices. I can input an image and get print-ready designs in under a minute, which is great for timed projects.

  ### 8. Meshy is Awesome!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn M. | Network Maintenance Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I like Meshy most because it lets you turn an idea into a usable 3D model very quickly, without getting stuck modeling from scratch. It keeps your creative momentum going while still giving you something you can edit and improve later.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

What I dislike about Meshy is that the meshes and textures often need cleanup and don’t come out game-ready, which means extra work in Blender. It can also feel limiting when you want precise control over topology, proportions, or details.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy solves the problem of slow, technical 3D asset creation by quickly generating usable base models from ideas or images. This benefits me by saving time, reducing creative friction, and letting me focus more on refining and building my game instead of starting every model from scratch.

  ### 9. Helps Me Build 3D Models Quickly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ege K. | Game Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I like how Meshy can change an image into a 3D model because it usually gives me the model I want and it is very easy for me to use and the credits from the missions help me make more models so I can try new ideas and learn more and because I do not know modeling it helps me a lot in my game development and makes my work easier

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I think the free version is limited because the AI quality is lower and I cannot use community features and I can only download ten models so I wish the free version had better AI and allowed more downloads and let me join the community because this would help me improve and create more

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy helps me because I do not know 3D modeling and it turns my images into 3D models very fast and this saves me a lot of time in my game development and I can create many ideas without learning hard tools and this makes my work easier and helps me finish my projects faster

  ### 10. Meshy 6 Is a Game-Changer for Creating Highly Accurate 3D Miniatures from Images

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott R. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I started using Meshy 6 about a month ago, and it was a complete game changer for creating 3D miniatures. I couldn't believe how much the models were improved compared to older versions. Instead of merely OK, it now produces 3D models from 2D images that are extremely accurate. I am so impressed with the new version that I'm going to include some of the models as printed miniatures with a commercial project I'm working on. The initial setup of Meshy was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I'm guessing the algorithm can always be improved. I haven't tried the text to model mode much yet; that was very hit-and-miss in earlier AI models. It also would be nice to be able to update models made in earlier versions with Meshy 6, perhaps at a reduced cost. It would be great if Meshy allowed some simple editing of models within the Meshy software, such as basic digital sculpting.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy to create accurate 3D models of animals for role-playing games, which I couldn't model from scratch. The latest version dramatically improved model accuracy from 2D images, allowing me to incorporate printed miniatures into commercial projects.

  ### 11. Transforms Creative Ideas into Tangible Models

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I love how Meshy accurately translates a 2D image into a 3D model, which feels like there's no limit on what I can imagine and have printed out. Being able to hold these models in my hands is kind of surreal, like imagining something into existence. The initial setup of Meshy was very easy, which was a great start for me.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

It would be good to allow for text prompts in addition to the image, so that you can dial in certain things that the model doesn't translate correctly for the 3D model. It would also be good to have a setting that makes it clear this is for 3D printing, so that thin elements like fingers and antlers are bulked up a bit, to allow them to be less fragile when printing.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy to create miniatures that accurately represent my characters, allowing me to bring my ideas to life and hold them in my hands.

  ### 12. Quick, Accurate STL Generation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Snipshot M. | Unity 3D Developer / Multiplayer Solutions / Environmental Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I can whip up a brand new NPC and artstyle in about 15-20 minutes. It's getting better by the day. There's an 80-90% chance of getting what you want first run, which I really appreciate. The initial setup of Meshy is super easy, and the connection to Unity works a treat. Meshy has been a lifesaver for managing my workload.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Lack of rigging options but hopefully will improve.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy lets me create NPCs fast, solving the problem of doing it alone. I can produce a new NPC and art style in 15-20 minutes, making an impossible task manageable as a solo dev. It has been a life saver for my workload.

  ### 14. Effortless 3D Model Creation with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duy L. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I love using Meshy for my graduation project because it helps me build 3D models quickly, significantly saving time compared to my previous use of 3D scanning, which often took a long time and provided inaccurate results. I highly appreciate Meshy's interface, which I find easy to see and understand, making my user experience seamless and efficient. Moreover, Meshy's automation capabilities for creating 3D models are incredibly beneficial, enhancing my productivity. I also found the initial setup of Meshy to be very easy, especially because my prior use of a 3D printer made the interfaces familiar and approachable.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I find the pricing of Meshy to be expensive. As a student, managing finances can be challenging, and the current pricing model seems burdensome. I believe adding more credits to the pro package could alleviate some of this financial strain, especially for users who do not have the budget to upgrade to a team package.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy to build 3D models quickly, saving time compared to 3D scanning, which was slower and sometimes inaccurate. Meshy’s automation and easy interface enhance my efficiency.

  ### 15. Meshy - A Gamers Dream

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan F. | Sales Representative - unrelated to Meshy use, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Meshy is an amazing tool for people who want to make see their own ideas come to life for miniature painting and tabletop gaming purposes (amongst others - thats just what I use it for). The ability to use images for prompting really helps me get exactly what I'm looking for, and they have intuitive AI assistant features that can help you, IN the application, to come up with the best prompt BEFORE you spend your credits on experimentation. OH and the 4 free re-tries per generation is an amazing feature as well. I highly recommend Meshy and I can't wait to keep creating more and more with it. I'm a bit addicted.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

It would be nice to edit certain portions of models after they are generating in specific detail, using manual manipulation tools or a "refine only this area in this way" type of feature. Other than that I can't find anything I don't like.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm prototyping a lot of game designs that I am developing and it really helps me come up with models for my characters to use in gaming.

  ### 16. One Meshy At A Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CGi-Quality J. | Inventory Specialist (RA), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

It’s excellent with prompts! I accompanied what I set out to do every time! Makes for a wholesome experience and it’s my go to place for image or text to 3D!

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Justly wish some of the results looked a bit more realistic! That’s all!

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to create things much faster for use in my 3D modeling programs!

  ### 17. Effortless 3D Modeling with Innovative Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I use Meshy for generating 3D models that I can edit and create other models out of later. It allows me to problem-solve issues with mesh in models and generate 3D models from images, which I find really useful, especially with creating different substances. These features are very easy to use, and I don't see any other program that has the same kind of structure or tool base as Meshy. I really appreciate the image to 3D model feature. I can draw a certain part that I have in mind, upload it to Meshy, and create a 3D model that can be part of a larger model. I find this extremely useful. The initial setup was extremely easy. I simply put in some of my information, and that was it. It was really easy and straightforward to understand and allowed me to get to the main page quickly to do what I wanted to do.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Sometimes when I upload a picture such as a mask, Meshy generates a whole head as a solid model. This can be problematic if I'm just looking to create a mask or something similar.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy to solve mesh problems and generate 3D models from images, which is really useful. It streamlines creating different substances and parts seamlessly.

  ### 18. Just a casual.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert S. | Sculptor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

The 2d image to 3d model is my use. I create concrete statuary and using this software has streamlined my workflow by 40%.

Instead of sculpting by hand via polymer clay, processing said sculpture and then cast molding it is very time consuming. Inefficient. Even though it’s a respected art form, it does not always pay bills.

This will allow me to go completely digital for processing the sculpture. Create a 3d printed casting mold. Then, use my personal mix of concrete to fill those molds FAR MORE efficiently than I’d be able to do.

It’s unbelievable.

I cannot express the value of this product for my admittedly niche small business.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

The software can bog down and lag significantly when the model is complex. It’s not really a complaint, but this form requires I post a dislike.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency. Benefit is the uptick of productivity in my work.

  ### 19. Effortless 3D Model Generation, Perfect for Solo Developers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey V. | Co Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I use Meshy to generate 3D models from images for my video game, and it effectively saves me from having to create the models myself. I find it quite fast and easy to use. I also like the 4x feature that allows me to retry the model up to four times without spending more coins if it doesn't come out right. Additionally, the initial setup of Meshy was easy.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I think with time it would be good to go lower than 3000 polycount. Well depending on the game that is being developed I might not need as many as 3000 polycounts.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy to generate 3D models from images for my video game, which saves me the effort of creating them myself.

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

It keeps evolving over time and continues to improve at creating high-quality assets for my Unity games.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I wish the low-poly mesh generation were better, as the results don’t always come out as clean or consistent as I’d like.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me turn the vision for my game into reality by creating usable, real in-game assets.

  ### 22. Unleashes Creativity, Saves Time in 3D Modeling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I appreciate that Meshy saves me a ton of time, especially in 3D modeling and texturing. It allows me to focus more on the creative aspects of game development without getting bogged down by technical challenges. I really like the option to do a low poly or a high poly render, which is great for cinematic stuff. The ability to simply input an image or prompt to generate a 3D model quickly is super handy and cost-effective. The initial setup of Meshy was super easy and self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

The texturing stream can be a bit iffy. Sometimes the textures aren't exactly what I want, and I have to retune or fine-tune them. The texture quality can be a little off, especially when you zoom in a lot, and that needs to be improved.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy saves me a ton of time in 3D modeling by allowing me to generate models from images or prompts quickly and affordably. It lets me be creative without constraints, offering low and high poly renders to suit different needs while focusing on the creative process.

  ### 23. Solid 3D AI Generation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nice C. | 3D Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

It’s very good. The UI is clean and highly customizable, which makes editing easy. I also like the Blender integration, and the creation speed is pretty nice as well. Very decent for the price compared to other companies.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Sometimes things wont generate properly but overall its not an issue as you get 4 retires. A way to fix those errors modularly would be a wonderful addition but its not there sadly.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work as a 3D freelancer and honestly it's been great in assisting me and mainly just framing and brainstorming before a ready project.

  ### 24. Meshy, the best partner of indies games developpers !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corentin C. | Développeur jeux vidéo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Intuitive interface, fast generation, HD texturing, inexpensive, and high-quality models – it's truly a tool I can no longer do without!

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Sometimes the generation is quite random; I'd also like it if we could ask Meshy to keep the same graphic design for certain assets. For example, if I ask it for a piece of furniture, I'd like the next piece of furniture to keep the same style as the previous one.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an independent developer, Meshy frees up my time and saves me money and production time, whereas a 3D designer would cost me much more and take much longer!

  ### 25. Así así

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Interfaces, and others quite easy to use

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I don't like that it doesn't have a category for game creators. Many independent creators don't have the knowledge to create 3D models, and when I pay for the tool, it works worse than I expect. But it can improve.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me to have a real design for a game. I like that dynamism and creativity.

  ### 26. Solid Tool for Quick Image-to-3D Conversion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** bernie b. | creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

The image-to-3D feature works surprisingly well for quick conversions. I can upload a picture and get a usable 3D model without needing advanced 3D modeling skills. It's straightforward to use and saves a lot of time compared to modeling everything from scratch. The interface is clean and the process is pretty intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

The quality can be hit or miss depending on the source image. Sometimes the results need cleanup or don't capture all the details I'm hoping for. It's not perfect for professional projects requiring high precision, but it works well enough for my needs.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy helps me quickly create 3D assets from images without needing to learn complex 3D modeling software. This speeds up my workflow significantly when I need basic 3D models or want to prototype ideas. It's especially useful for getting started on projects where I need a general shape or concept model.

  ### 27. Fast 3D Model Creation with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanley K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I was amazed at how quickly Meshy created the 3D model the first time I used it. I love that you can retry until it gets it right. The transfer to the STL files I use for printing works flawlessly once the model is ready. Meshy allowed me to try out all its features for half price for the first month, which was great. It's more accurate in generating my 3D models than what I used before. The initial setup was really easy; I just had to upload a picture and Meshy got to work. All controls are clearly marked. My friends and family love the prints I have generated for them.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Sometimes Meshy will add extra limbs to a person. One time it gave my wife 3 legs and made her really fat because she was wearing her wedding dress. Not sure if they have a prompt to modify the 3d prints, as I haven't found it, but they need to add that to address the weird stuff that sometimes happen.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy provides a quick way to create 3D prints from photos, with a retry option for accuracy. It smoothly transfers models to STL files, making prints that impress friends and family.

  ### 28. Meshy: Reliable 3D Model Creation with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Owner, GM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I absolutely love the reliability that Meshy offers. It ensures that every logo I need is designed accurately and consistently, removing the stress of dealing with unreliable freelancers. The versatility of Meshy is remarkable, particularly with the Meshy 5 and Meshy 6 features. Meshy 5 provides creative freedom with multiple variations, ideal for projects that need artistic touch, while Meshy 6 delivers a precise 1:1 result almost instantly, which is perfect for accuracy-dependent tasks. The cost-effectiveness of Meshy is highly appealing, as the service offers excellent value for the price, allowing me to save significantly compared to hiring freelancers. The ease of setup is incredible; it's so user-friendly that even a child can get started with it effortlessly. Furthermore, not having to pay per job gives me an immense sense of freedom, allowing me to undertake more creative projects. The financial freedom and efficiency Meshy provides have genuinely transformed my approach to 3D printing projects.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I find the limitations on texturing after getting the initial result a bit challenging. It's not a major issue, but it does mean I need to have Blender on my device with the free 3D printing toolkit extension. It would be ideal if some of Blender's functionality were available directly on the Meshy website.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Meshy provides reliability and cost savings, ensuring accurate 3D models without hiring unreliable freelancers. It enables quick design creation with functionality like Meshy 5's creative variations and Meshy 6's precise results, saving time and money compared to traditional hiring.

  ### 29. Default Bugs Hinder 3D Modeling

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

it's close but still not close enough

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I find Meshy not very good at getting models done when it can't tell the difference between RHD and LHD, and you get models that look nothing like the photos. It's frustrating when a bus has a door on the nearside, yet the AI puts a door on both sides. The steering wheel is also an issue; it's on the right-hand side in the photos, yet Meshy places it on the left. The truck name on the front of the cab, like LEYLAND, ends up back to front on the model, making it a lot of work to sort out. The default mode seems to have bugs, and I have to do a lot of work to correct these issues. There are no tools in Meshy that help sort these problems out.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy struggles with accurate 3D modeling, often placing features like doors and steering wheels incorrectly and reversing text on models, making it time-consuming to correct these errors.

  ### 30. Big learning curve, but looking forward to learning new ideas, and its very exciting thing to have.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary H. | Retired with lots of time to play!, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I use ChatGPT to help with the description for Text to 3D, after a number of attempts to how the AI can understand, it became a straightforward way to create the 3D image you want, and download as a STL file for 3d Printing. Its not 100%, and alot is bases on the AI interpretation of the description, which is something to learn. I enjoy the new way of creating my own 3d miniatures. its great fun once you have learnt the process.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Alot of the details for text to 3D is based on the AI interpretation, and of course the database thats available for the AI to understand what you are asking for. If you want a certain real vehicle on display, the AI would give you the closest version and never the exact, at times asking for a certain realtime object can give you very disappointing results. This tech is quite new and will build up a database to give you exact results. But its a start.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this as a hobby and have printed thousands of miniatures in my time, the option to create your own is a wonderful thing to be able to achieve, its not perfect but that day will come.

  ### 31. Meshy ai top of the line for those of amateurs and pro! Great details and great use! REC!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Space J. | Game Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I like the fact that it actually produces what you ask it for in the image generator and does a really good job. I like the 3D models also and sometimes the quirky hiccups it has actually has lead me down so many great ideas. Also the fact is animation is massively easy to do and I have had a blast on this!

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Its a little intense for my mobile device but the fact I can use it on mobile makes me grin and bare it. The other issue is there is no real explanation between the various meshy versions in what each version does so it takes some getting use to it. Though I do love the fact that pro allows me to own everything, but hate the fact that I am limited to the amount I can create lol I want more!

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving my need to hire artists and animators so I am saving literally thousands of dollars by doing the work myself in literally days that would take a freelancer to do in a few weeks. So saving me time and money! Also allows me to generate images talking to its ai helper and giving me great images to brainstorm or use.

  ### 32. Easy Mesh Creation with Some Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I appreciate the ease with which Meshy creates a mesh. The image to 3D tool is helpful as well for my personal projects, like making a digital 3D asset of my dog. It's easy enough to navigate and integrates well, as I use it alongside Blender and then put projects into UE5.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

The image to 3D tool can glitch sometimes, which is a bit annoying. I also find the meshes it creates can be quite goofy, not always getting the details right. I wish Meshy had a more advanced rigging feature, like being able to place a skeleton in the mesh, rather than just dealing with the outer mesh. Another thing that bugs me is the lack of continuity in the AI; it doesn't seem to build on previous iterations. And yeah, their texture tool hasn't worked well for me at all.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy helps by providing an outer starter mesh for my projects and a helpful image to 3D tool, though it sometimes glitches.

  ### 33. I am using Meshy for generating 3D models.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mamoru n. | 3dモデラー, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

With Meshy, you can easily create 3D models. The basic operations are very intuitive, and the quality of the models is very high, making 3D work significantly easier with Meshy. I strongly recommend Meshy to 3D modelers like myself. Not only can you create illustrations and 3D data from text, but the function to convert images to 3D data is also very convenient. You can quickly and efficiently create complex spiritual motifs and characters. It not only significantly reduces working time, but also results in a natural finish for the unseen parts of illustrations (those not drawn in the original artwork). The face generation feature is also very useful, generating faces that closely resemble the original artwork.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

The only drawback is that the back side, which is not depicted in the sample images, does not turn out as expected, and I have to start over from scratch. It's unfortunate that Meshy 6 does not support multiple images (for example, 4D view or 3D view). Even if the front view is good, the back side often disappoints. The processing speed is excellent, but it's not always accurate. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints about Methy.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy is an innovative AI tool that is intuitive, easy to use, and requires minimal setup, allowing you to easily generate 3D printable models. However, it is rare for the models to be ready for 3D printing as they are, and modifications are necessary.

  ### 34. I liked the meshy ai very much and will continue using it further.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bakyt D. | AWS Cloud Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

What I like best about Meshy is the high quality of the generated images and how easy it is to use. The results look creative and detailed even with simple prompts. It works fast, saves a lot of time, and helps turn ideas into visuals very smoothly. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes the whole process enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

There isn’t much to dislike so far, but sometimes fine-tuning specific details could be more flexible. A bit more control over advanced settings or customization options would make it even better. Other than that, the experience has been very positive.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy solves the problem of quickly turning ideas into high-quality visuals without needing advanced design or 3D skills. It removes the complexity and time usually required for creating images, which makes the creative process much faster. For me, this means I can focus more on ideas and concepts instead of technical details. It’s especially helpful for prototyping, brainstorming, and visualizing concepts early on. Meshy also reduces the need for multiple tools by providing strong results in one place. Overall, it saves time, increases productivity, and makes creative work more accessible and efficient.

  ### 35. Easy to use, intuitive, and fast for modeling

  ### 36. Empowering Creative Learning with 3D Printing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie C. | Special Education Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I enjoy creating memorable moments for my students and family. I have been using it to print 3D recreations of people from photos. My students are learning to use the program to create 3D items with their own words and precise descriptions. I hope to work with the school's teachers to develop cross-curriculum lessons.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I would prefer the ability to edit rendered models and create my own stands in Meshy. The ones in Meshy are pretty limited.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our students are highly creative, but working in Tinkercad doesn't always allow them to express their creativity in 3D modeling fully. With Meshy, they are encouraged to use vivid adjectives and detailed descriptions, which pushes them to explore their thesaurus for the right words. I appreciate how this approach addresses cross-curricular challenges and keeps students engaged with the material. Rather than simply answering questions on paper, they are now motivated to seek out more expressive language.

  ### 37. Meshy: the fastest and easiest way to bring your 3D ideas to reality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** julian jair b. | Desarrollador de Realidad Virtual y Aumentada (VR/AR) y Modelador 3D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Meshy is an incredible tool for anyone working with 3D, from beginners to professionals. It allows you to generate high-quality 3D models from text or images in a matter of seconds, saving a lot of time compared to traditional modeling.
The interface is very intuitive and designed so that you don't need to be a 3D expert to get good results. You can write a simple description and Meshy turns it into a ready-to-use model; it also offers AI texturing options, smart remeshing, and animation, all integrated into the same platform.
Another very positive point is that it adapts well to different workflows: it allows exporting in various formats compatible with engines like Unity, Unreal, or software like Blender, and it also has a free plan that lets you seriously try the tool before paying.
In summary, Meshy is a fast, powerful, and accessible solution for creating 3D models without complicating your life. Ideal for game devs, 3D artists, VR/AR people, education, or anyone who wants to transform ideas into 3D models quickly and economically.
Integrated flow with 3D
You don't have to go to another program: you build the scene with Meshy models or your own, adjust the camera and environment, and from there jump to image/video. Everything lives in the same ecosystem.
Less "black magic," more control
Starting from a 3D scene, you have control over:
object placement
camera angle
general composition
Then the AI focuses more on style and "nice rendering" than on inventing the scene from scratch.
Ease of Implementation
Very easy to start using: being a web tool, it doesn't require complicated installations and integrates well with my workflow thanks to exports to standard formats (like those used by Blender or game engines). It just takes a little practice to learn to write good prompts to get the most out of it.

Customer Support
The support has been good: the platform offers clear documentation, examples, and resources that help resolve doubts quickly. When I've had specific problems, the response has been reasonably quick and solution-oriented.

Frequency of Use
I use it quite frequently, especially to prototype ideas and generate quick 3D models for projects. I don't use it for every fine detail of production, but I do use it several times a week when I need to move forward quickly without modeling everything from scratch.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Quality for very demanding professional use
For AAA video games, VFX, or top-tier production, the generated models may require quite a bit of cleanup: topology, UVs, polygon optimization, etc.
It's great for prototypes, quick ideas, and indie projects, but it doesn't always replace professional hand-made modeling.
Limitations of the free plan
The free plan usually has limits on credits, resolution, or the number of models you can generate per day.
If you want to use it intensively, you'll almost certainly have to switch to a paid plan.
"Hidden" learning curve
The interface is simple, yes, but getting good results requires learning to write good prompts (what to describe, what details to give, style, etc.).
For someone expecting everything to come out perfect with a very short phrase, it can be a bit frustrating at first.
Duration and resolution probably limited
Like many AI video tools, it's very likely that the clips are relatively short and with limited resolution in basic or even paid plans (I infer this from how almost all these services work, not because they publish exact numbers).
For long pieces (spots, long cinematics, etc.) it's normal to use Meshy only for parts or concepts and then assemble everything in another software.
Artistic control still limited
Although you have control over layout and camera in 3D, fine details of the video (micro-animations, exact timing, very precise acting) are still difficult to dictate to the AI.
For high-level cinema or advertising, it's most likely that you'll still need human animators and editors; Meshy helps more in the idea/concept/draft part.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Save time on modeling and texturing: before, I had to spend hours creating a single model from scratch; now I can generate a first version in minutes from text or images and only focus on adjusting details. This greatly speeds up my projects.

I don't need to be an expert in 3D to get good results: many tasks that previously required advanced knowledge of modeling, UVs, and materials are now solved with Meshy's AI. This allows me to focus more on the idea and less on the heavy technical part.

Facilitates prototyping and iteration: I can quickly test several versions of the same concept (styles, shapes, variations), which improves the quality of my deliveries and helps me better decide which creative direction to follow.

Improves workflow with other tools: by being able to export models to standard formats, I easily integrate what is generated in Meshy into game engines or 3D editing software, without blockages in the pipeline.

  ### 38. Simplified and Efficient Character Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Víctor V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I love that Meshy allows me to create characters from a sketch and texture them in seconds, as well as do the rigging, which makes it easy for me to add them to my video game. The workflow is very well organized and the website works perfectly, having everything I need to take characters from scratch to a low-poly model for video games in a matter of minutes. The animation gallery has been amazing for using the characters in a fighting system. I was impressed by the low-poly meshing and rigging, which I didn't expect to be so advanced. I have been able to create a 3D character, texture it, and create a low-poly model so that any computer can handle it. Additionally, animating it was very easy to integrate into Godot without any problem. Meshy requires no setup, it's a super intuitive website that anyone can use. I've already started recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I miss more animations, especially for animals or creatures. Some of the animations don't work quite well, for example, a death animation was passing through the ground, but I see they are adding more little by little. In the firearms section, there are missing more basic animations, like shooting while standing still or crouching. I also miss animations of hitting with blunt or heavy weapons.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Meshy, I can create characters from a sketch, texture them, and do the rigging in seconds. This has allowed me to easily integrate them into my video game.

  ### 39. Powerful 3d Modeling Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim B. | Adjunct Professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Meshy AI has quickly become one of my favorite tools for 3D modeling, and it’s easy to see why. The platform consistently produces detailed, accurate models that feel production‑ready right out of the gate. Whether I’m experimenting with quick concepts or refining something more complex, the quality of the output is reliably impressive.

One of the biggest strengths of Meshy is its speed. Model creation happens incredibly fast. Fast enough that it changes the way you work. Instead of waiting around for renders or long processing times, you can iterate rapidly, explore variations, and stay in a creative flow without interruption.

Beyond the tech itself, Meshy’s community is a standout feature. Users share tips, showcase their work, and help each other troubleshoot in a way that feels genuinely collaborative. It’s the kind of environment that makes you want to keep learning and pushing your skills further.

Overall, Meshy AI strikes a rare balance: powerful results, lightning‑fast performance, and a community that makes the whole experience even better. It’s absolutely worth exploring if you’re interested in modern 3D creation.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

One thing I'd love to see implemented is for Meshy to add the ability to split large models into smaller models. I can do it other software, but it seems like this would be something an AI could do easily. Similar to how they have the option to put a model on a base when you download the stl.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a maker, but my main passion is putting it all together, not 3d modeling. To get what I want, I often need to scrounge the internet for stl files, pay for what I need, or make them myself. I used to 3d model a long time ago, but that's not what I like to do anymore. Meshy makes what I need fast and easy.

  ### 40. Fast and Accurate 3D Generation, Ideal for Non-Professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreu .

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I really like the ease and convenience with which I can generate 3D models in Meshy. Not being a professional in 3D modeling, Meshy makes the heavy work easier for me, allowing me to create 3D assets without needing to learn complex and advanced tools. I also love the functionality of generating 3D models from text prompts or images, resulting in very precise and realistic photorealistic models. The speed and accuracy with which Meshy generates 3D models is remarkable; it's fast, easy, and the result is very good. The initial setup of Meshy is very intuitive and takes just a few steps, allowing me to start modeling in a matter of seconds. I am very happy with Meshy and consider it a great tool.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Sometimes it generates some modeling errors and has little precision in deducing blind spots in the modeling. For example, if I provide it with an image where the back is not visible, Meshy will have to deduce and invent it, and this sometimes does not yield very good results.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy to create 3D models quickly and easily without learning complex software, which speeds up my progress. I can generate accurate photorealistic models from text or image, and I find it practical for projects or prototypes.

  ### 41. Meshy Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joona R. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

What I like most about Meshy is how easy and straightforward it is to use. The interface is clean, browser-based, and very intuitive, which makes the workflow smooth even for longer sessions. The generation speed is also quite good — fast enough to experiment and iterate without long waiting times. File format support and integrations are solid, and exporting models into other tools works without issues. Some of the models turn out surprisingly good, especially for quick tests or prototyping. Overall, Meshy is easy to use, well integrated, and performs quickly, although the consistency of quality still varies depending on the type of generation.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

The main downside for me is the quality of character texturing. In many cases the textures fail to match the intended details, or they end up looking very inaccurate. This becomes especially noticeable when using a paid subscription — the generation speed may be faster, but the actual output quality does not really improve, which is disappointing when you expect better results for a paid plan. Character generation could benefit from more accurate models and more reliable texture mapping. In short, the tool is great to use, but the quality, especially for character-focused workflows, needs improvement.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy helps speed up the modelling process significantly. Even if you don’t have much experience in 3D modelling, you can still produce usable assets quickly, which is especially helpful if your background is more in game development than in actual modelling. The tool allows me to focus more on building gameplay and systems, because it takes care of generating the models I need. This makes prototyping and early game development much faster and more efficient.

  ### 42. Finally, a 3D AI Tool That Actually Fits My Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karun G. | Group Manager - IT Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

It solves the hardest part for non-pros: Modeling a shape is often easier than wrapping it in realistic materials. Meshy doesn't just paste a flat image onto the object; it generates the Roughness, Metallic, and Normal maps. This means when you drop the asset into a game engine (like Unity or Unreal), it actually reacts to light correctly—metal looks shiny, and rock looks matte.

It breathes life into "dumb" geometry: You can upload a very basic, untextured "blob" or "blockout" model you made in minutes, and Meshy’s texturing tool can turn it into a convincing stylized prop (like a weathered chest or a sci-fi crate) instantly.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

While Meshy is a leader in speed, its biggest drawback is the "messy" topology it produces, often resulting in dense, unorganized meshes that require significant manual cleanup in software like Blender before they are truly animation-ready. It frequently struggles with hard-surface precision, leading to "melted" or warped details on mechanical objects, and the credit-based system can feel punishing when you’re forced to pay for generations that end up as unusable hallucinations. Ultimately, the lack of granular control over specific refinements means you’re often stuck in a cycle of "re-rolling" prompts rather than being able to surgically fix a single flawed detail.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy is bridging the massive gap between imagination and technical execution by automating the most tedious parts of the 3D pipeline, specifically the complex tasks of modeling from scratch and manual UV unwrapping. By allowing me to generate textured, PBR-ready assets in under a minute, it solves the "blank canvas" paralysis and the massive time sink of the prototyping phase, giving me the freedom to iterate on game concepts at a pace that was previously impossible. This benefits me directly by shifting my focus from the mechanical grind of vertex manipulation to high-level creative direction, enabling me to build out rich, detailed environments and assets without getting bogged down in the traditional, labor-intensive 3D workflow.

  ### 43. AI Model Creation Made Easy, Room for Translation Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duke u. | Entrepreneurship, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I love using Meshy to create 3D models for my Roblox games and ideas, as it intelligently crafts the models for me using AI, eliminating the need for manual work. I am impressed with how Meshy instantly translates an image into a 3D model, a feature that is incredibly useful because it saves me significant amounts of time. Instead of spending over four days on a single piece of work, Meshy's automation delivers immediate results, drastically enhancing my efficiency. Despite the initial challenge of earning coins without buying Pro, I found the Pro version to be a worthwhile investment that further simplifies my experience with Meshy.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I feel like there are issues with the translations when creating 3D models as they don't always come out right initially, which forces me to try multiple times. This process wastes the coins I have to spend, which is a bit frustrating.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy to create 3D models effortlessly, saving days of manual work with instant AI-generated results.

  ### 44. Effortless 3D Models With Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler F. | Senior Software Developer

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I really like the interface of Meshy. The gallery feature lets me view all the models I've created and keeps all version histories, which is great for going back and iterating. Anytime I get an idea for a 3D model, I can just jump in and get it done. Meshy makes it super simple to bring my ideas to life like a fantastic modern AI platform, and I'm always pleased with the results. It's been really easy to set up and the delivery is great.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Sometimes the credit system gives me a bit of credit anxiety where I worry about running out of credit. But so far, it has been extremely generous and hasn't yet presented a massive barrier for me.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can effortlessly create 3D models and textures with Meshy, making compelling content that's great for web integrations. Its ease of integration with tools like three.js enhances my web development workflow.

  ### 45. It's friendly to use, many options to get free credits & help tools to make your models even better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sammy L. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

How friendly it is to use, how the models look, how easy it is to get the model ready to export in elegoo

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I don't know what I would dislike about it, of course the AI sometimes has flaws, but that's not something I would be negative about. Because every single software has its flaws and becomes better and better over time.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well I do not have time to create everything in blender myself and this is a great tool to save me time so I can just focus on the printing and painting.

  ### 46. Essential for Creative Minds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Meshy is an incredible application that has made my life much easier. The accuracy, speed, and the ease and accessibility of the menu are remarkable. The options in images and the results rarely fail to impress. It is exceptional, intuitive, and perfectly organized. Additionally, the company cares about its product and its users, the free creation retries demonstrate this. I was happy to team up with Meshy after trying it, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague with a 10.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

It's not that I don't like it, but it could have an option where, upon uploading your 3D model, the app automatically places it in the optimal position for adding supports and ensuring the print is 100% optimal, logically selecting the printing dimensions for each machine. This is a feature that beginners would appreciate and could help attract many customers at the start.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy helps me with everything, it is essential. I highlight its precision, speed, ease and accessibility of the menu, and the image options. The results almost always convince.

  ### 47. "Great Results, But Green Screen Option Would Be Perfect"

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wim V. | Homeworker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

First and foremost, I think the results I've generated are beautiful and resemble, for example, the people I've converted into 3D. With every new upgrade from Meshy 2 to Meshy 6, the improvement is always worthwhile. The option to choose from different payment plans is also appealing. I really enjoy using Meshy, and the results are simply fantastic, and you can still edit and animate them. Really my thing, thanks Meshy!

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

"The animation feature works well, but it would be great if there was an option to use a green screen background. This would make it much easier to export animations and integrate them into video projects."

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy solves the problem of creating high-quality 3D models without needing advanced 3D modeling skills or expensive software. It allows me to quickly convert images of people into realistic 3D figures that I can edit and animate. This benefits me enormously because I can now create professional-looking 3D content for my videos without spending hours learning complex 3D software like Blender or Maya. It saves me time, money, and makes 3D content creation accessible to me as a non-expert.

  ### 48. is a god app and easy to use

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Your system chat agent is very good, and it looks beautiful, too.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

i don sure all app is good but maybe is posible make a sistem fusion 3d conect pice 3d whit another pice 3d

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can design a 3D model very quickly.

  ### 49. Perfect tool for solo game developers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moss A. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

Meshy does an amazing job converting my concept images into detailed 3D models. I love that it saves me tons of time — I can export in .blend format and easily add my own professional touches in Blender. For a solo game developer like me, it’s truly a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike! Everything works smoothly and gives me the results I need.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meshy is helping me tackle one of the biggest challenges as a solo game developer myself: creating high-quality 3-D models just uploading an image that i like and hitting just a button to get a 3D model of it, without spending many many hours in Blender. Before I started using Meshy, I had to 3D model everything manually from scratch. That surely slowed down my entire workflow. But now, I can just upload my concept images and get very good 3D assets that i can further modify and refine in Blender app with the .blend export option. This really saves me lots of fime and i can focus on the creative side of my development. Now with Meshy's help, i can concentrate on own my game's level design, animation and storytelling etc. instead of dealing with repetitive technical tasks in Blender. Meshy has become a very crucial part of my game's production pipeline and really improves both my productivity and creativity..

  ### 50. Effortless 3D Modeling with AI Rigging

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiago C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Meshy?**

I use Meshy to create 3D models like characters and objects for 3D environments. I like the easy animation with their AI rigging. Meshy makes the process of creating 3D models very straightforward with picture to 3D and text to 3D conversion. I appreciate that it has lots of animation options for the characters and a great active community. I also find the retry option very useful in case my results aren't what I expected. The initial setup was very easy because the site is very straightforward and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Meshy?**

I would like to have more options for rigging other character types like dragon, spider, ant, and bird rigs. It would be great to see those options to choose from besides just the humanoid or dog.

**What problems is Meshy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meshy to create 3D models with ease. It simplifies animation with AI rigging and makes model creation straightforward through picture and text to 3D conversion.
