"“Comprehensive monitoring platform for middleware and messaging systems”"
4/5
What do you like best about meshIQ?

meshIQ provides deep visibility into middleware environments like IBM MQ, Kafka, and Solace, which makes monitoring and troubleshooting much easier. The dashboards are customizable and intuitive, giving both technical and management teams quick insights. I also like the breadth of features that cover performance monitoring, alerting, and reporting in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about meshIQ?

The learning curve is a bit steep for new users, especially when dealing with advanced configurations. The UI could also be made more modern and streamlined. At times, setting up integrations requires more effort than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer Knutel of meshIQ

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! It's great to hear that meshIQ is delivering the deep visibility you need across IBM MQ, Kafka, and Solace; and that both your technical and management teams are getting value from the dashboards. Consolidating monitoring into a single view to speed up root-cause analysis and reduce downtime is exactly the outcome we aim for.

We really appreciate the honest feedback on the learning curve, UI modernization, and integration setup. These are areas we take seriously, and we're excited to share that version 12.1 (launching this month - May) brings meaningful advancements on all of these fronts, including a more streamlined UI and improvements designed to make onboarding and configuration much smoother.

Keep an eye on our website for the full details. We think it'll address a lot of what you've raised here!

What I like best about meshIQ is its centralized Kafka console, which makes monitoring, managing topics, and tracking messages across clusters simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about meshIQ?

What I dislike about meshIQ is that the interface can sometimes feel cluttered, and it has a learning curve for new users managing multiple Kafka clusters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MeshIQ for ibm mq monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about meshIQ?

I like the navigator interface that we can use to check queue manager status, channel status, queue and queue status and more other thing the interface is user friendly and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about meshIQ?

I don’t have any specific things but I would like to know if we can use meshIQ to monitor the new ibm mq offer ( native HA ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Arthur A. Abramov of meshIQ

Thank you so much for your feedback. We always recommend using the latest version of meshIQ to take full advantage of new features and compatibility.

That said, you can absolutely use meshIQ to monitor IBM MQ’s Native HA offering. In the Manage UI, you would simply add the queue managers from the three-node configuration (1 active and 2 standby replicas). Our Connection Manager is designed to automatically connect to the active queue manager, ensuring continuous monitoring without manual intervention.

If you have any further questions or concerns, we recommend reaching out to the meshIQ Support Team by opening a ticket via email at mysupport@meshiq.com (please note this is available to registered users only).
