What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

It's incredibly easy to use. I am the recipient of the cards from my finance department and I use these cards for various projects and events. It has been very easy to use from this recipient perspective. The card number will display with two factor authentication. Secure and simple! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

I have no complaints. Again, this is speaking from the recipient perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best paymnet method in 2024"

What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Tailored solutions: Mesh can handle different types of payments, including subscriptions, on-demand payments, and travel expenses. It can also issue virtual cards with specific spending limits.

Mesh supports multiple currencies and entities, allowing businesses to operate internationally while adhering to local regulations.

Overall, Mesh Payments seems like a comprehensive solution for businesses looking to streamline their corporate spending and gain better visibility into their finances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Currency limitations: While Mesh supports multiple currencies, reviews mention it might not allow holding balances in different currencies. This could be inconvenient for international transactions.

Integration limitations: There might be limitations regarding compatible accounting software. Researching compatibility with your specific software is important.

Pricing: Since Mesh's pricing isn't publicly available, it's difficult to assess if it fits your budget compared to similar solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mesh is a convenient tool for expense control for all employees"
4/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I like that I can use tools for my work and easily submit my receipts without needing to send them by email or use my personal card. The reminders I receive for new expenses are very convenient. I use Mesh Payments monthly whenever my tools charge a new payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Perhaps I didn’t try hard enough, but I couldn’t connect all my tools to directly send receipts to the Mesh email. I tries it once, but it didn’t work, so I have to submit receipts manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy way to manage expenses and automated subscriptions"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I find it very easy to request and approve budget for SaaS subscriptions as well as one-off expenses. I like the interface, and that it reminds me to add invoices, as well as provide an automated email address you can set as a billing address to save you the trouble of uploading invoices every time the subscription is charged. It makes it simple for me to track my expenses and request/alter the amounts needed. The UI is pretty good as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Nothing really. Serves it's purpose well, and I haven't met anything overally cumbersome/annoying. Everything is pretty streight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A game changer in business travel"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Better than a corporate card, it has so much flexibility in terms of the different features it offers ahead of each trip, and it's also very quick and easy to set up. The receipts, reimbursement, expenses tracking and everything else have great UI/UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

The card expires after every trip and I travel A LOT for work, so every trip I have to add a new card to Google Wallet, Gett, Uber, etc. A bit exhausting... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Simple & Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

What I like about mesh is the quick and easy-ness to understand the app, systems nd how it all works together. I have worked with systems in the past and IT IS A HEADACHE. I have to say that it is very easy and if you forget to upload a receipt, you are reminded to upload those receipts. My favorite part is that you can propose for a card around based on different expenses. Much easier for property managers to track expenses in massive portfolios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Honestly, not much - everything seems to be great. I would only suggest that when logging in sometimes- the google log in does not populate automatically, it takes about 2-3 seconds to show or it may not show and you need to restart the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to get started with and keep using"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

No extensive training or process is required for employees to start using Mesh. It's interface is high quality. I used the same Mesh card over several months, and there was never any hiccup or confusion about which payments were made or when/how to submit receipts. You can also easily add receipts by simply replying to emails that remind you to upload the receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Sometimes the interface is not perfectly intuitive, so it takes a few clicks to navigate to where you want to go. But this was never really a big problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
