"Convenient and Reliable Assistant in Company Budget Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

FOR MODERATION: Guys I truly dont undertand what else do you want to see. I literally epxlained everything (the usage, all pluses and minuses of the Mesh payments and how it exactly helps me in my work).

At our company, everyone's on Mesh Payments, and it's seriously made a huge difference. Before Mesh, asking for funds to buy something felt like a never-ending back-and-forth with management. Now, I've got the autonomy to manage it myself.

So Mesh Payments is basically a tool which allows you to issue credit cards for multiple services. Now imagine you have a separate card with a buudget limit for every tool your company use, not one business card for expenses. Pretty cool, right?

In a company I am responsible for tools that my department use.

So the major benefit for me is the peace of mind from knowing we're not going to overshoot our department's budget. Its a really game-changer that you separate and limit your funds per service. Even if prices rise or canceling subscriptions becomes a headache, we're covered. For anyone who's juggled dozens of multiple subscriptions before... you know how is it!

Getting cards issued instantly after approval is another perk. I don’t have to worry about the security of those card details, either. Mesh handles that, making everything I need easy to access, without having to dig around (cause I saved it SOMEWHERE safe and know I can't find it xD).

Of course there is a multi-step approval system and my managers and accounting will not let me, as a user, to issue the card and withdrawl the company bank account :) But it still make the work much more organized.

And the last benefit I found for myself, Mesh has automatic OCR function for invoices and reciepts. So usually it automatically recognize everything and I don't need to spen my time collecting and providing it to the accounting dep.

So yeah, I’d tell any business owner that Mesh is a smart move. It saves time, cuts down on the mess, and just makes everything run smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

The OCR feature and the option to add separate emails for invoices are great, but sometimes Mesh struggles to recognize these invoices (really rare though).

And It would be really helpful if there was an option to connect your personal email directly to Mesh. This is because some services don’t let you add a separate billing address for Mesh to automatically pick up the invoices. Being able to link a personal email could really save a lot of time for employees who use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy and convenient to use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I like the fact that I can be independent on my work travel. I get a budget and i can book my own flight and hotel, i can descide how to spend the daily food budget as well. This gives a lot of freedom and makes the trip much easier, nicer and with much less annoying birocracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

The only thing i disliked was the fact that i had a few times the card payment failed. I'm not sure if it was the card or the business that tried to chargh it but had this happened to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use online"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Mesh provided me with a virtual card, that outlines clearly how to input all the info (such as the zip code). I have other virtual cards that do not outline this so well and it's very frustrating to try to track down what zip code to use when placing orders online. I also love that it is very easy to submit receipts (there are 4 ways, which is also pleasantly unusual comapred to other virtual cards I have). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

There are 2 steps you go through to access the virtual card. This makes it highly secure, but it can be annoying when you're in a rush. But overall, security is more important, so this isn't really too big of a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great experiance being able to have a seperate credit card per bill"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I use mesh frequently , it helps me a lot and reduce communication & long processes with finance.

* I can create cards for different use cases and separate cards for different bills

* I get a dedicated email inbox for invoices & automatic invoice scrapping

* I can integrate the credit card with my phone and use its budget for team/department activities

Its really convenient when you manage a department/team budget and don't need finance for every small expense you can use your budget with your card Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Honestly, the experience is great. The only issue I had was when I needed to approve my email address for invoices, but I couldn't access the email inbox. it meant for automatic invoice scrapping Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to manage expanses and great experience as a user"
4/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Very easy to use, set up new cards, ask new cards, pair virtual cards to a physical cards, and switch between the virtual cards when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

You still need to collect invoices and upload them to the portal.

As someone who rather use it's own card (to get the points), I'd expect that a "corporate card" will save me the time filling my expanses, but at the end of the day, I still need to spend time collecting, scanning and uploading invoices.

So the real benefit here is for the finance team and for users who don't like to use their personal card for business expanses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Streamlined Financial Management with Mesh Payments"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

What I appreciate most about Mesh Payments is its automation capabilities, which significantly streamline the payment process. The platform's intuitive design facilitates easy management of transactions and seamlessly integrates with other financial tools, reducing manual workload. The ability to handle various payment methods and enforce budget controls efficiently is especially beneficial, saving time and minimizing errors. Mesh Payments simplifies financial management in a highly effective manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

My only critique of Mesh Payments lies in the limited customization for reports and analytics. Having more flexibility in this area would help in extracting more specific insights tailored to our business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and Quick"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Keeping track of all expenses in one place and the ability to add multiple budgets to a single card make using this product easy for the card holders and our accounting team at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

This is not a negative, but a part of the system - their safeguards really work. If a card is set up to not allow a certain type of transaction, it definitely will not go through. Most of our cards are set up to not allow international charges, and if we use a vendor from out of the country the transaction will be denied. However, the service immediately lets you know why it was denied, and the administrator can go in and allow the transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A breath of fresh air"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Before Mesh I had to spend a good deal of time at the end of each month trying to scrape together a bunch of invoices from all the SaaS products we use. As our monthly expenditures grew, the personal company credit cards we used incorrectly flagged more and more transactions, which was yet another thing to juggle.

Mesh eliminated all of these problems for us with a dedicated card and billing inbox for each service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

The only issue I encountered was a sole SaaS that refused to accept a Mesh card for some unclear reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How Mesh Positively Impacts our Fully Remote Team all over the World"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Mesh has been a wonderful product for our fully remote team. Our team finds the portal to track and request extremely helpful, as well as the feasibility of issuing different cards for different transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

I wish Mesh had a dashboard overview for admins where I could see all charges in our organization, when they will be renewed, what user/card the charge is tied to, and a column to add notes about the charge. This way, our accounting team can quickly see the charge and why we need it. This would minimize the go-around we've been experiencing with our accounting team. "Mesh is super easy to use!"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Mesh makes it very easy for our practice to obtain virtual cards for placing orders. I enjoy how fast the approval process is. We use it multiple times per month for the offices needs. To set up, we were given a log-in and that same day we were able to set up payments. You can also set up recurring balances or one-time use virtual cards which is nice for accounts you know you will use again. Uploading invoices is also super easy and with the invoice check system it makes it super easy to verify receipts once uploaded. The entire software is very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

I cant tsay that there is a downside. Everything I've experienced has been very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
