"Simplifying expenses and making travel seamless"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

- The different cards allow me to have control over my budgets and stipends.

- The UI is simple to use and intuitive. This applies to both the web and app version.

- Having the ability to pair the card with a physical card has been great during business trips.

- I haven't had any issues using either the physical or virtual cards anywhere.

- It's easy to monitor my team's expenses as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

- For budgets with a hard limit, like stipends, it can take some organization to use the amount if your purchase is over the remaining balance. I'm not sure if it would be possible to create a feature where you could add a personal card that could cover any portion of a transaction that goes above a specific budget. "First time using Mesh at a company, and I like it."
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

So, so easy to use and report charges. As soon as you make a charge, you get an email from Mesh that you can reply right back to with the receipt, and boom, done. Everything magically goes where it needs to go to make accounting happy and for me not to have any more admin work associated with the charge. It is all digital, too, so it is super easy, and one less physical card for me to have to carry around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

The way we do it at our company is we have a separate Mesh card per vendor or expense so we have to get a new one spun up for new items, but it is pretty fast. So I guess, not much I don't like. Especially compared to all the other ways I have had to deal with vendor payments in other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient and Effective Payment System"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I've been impressed with Mesh's approach, i appreciate getting real time notifications for each transaction, and having the ability to reply directly with an invoice that links to the right purchase makes managing expenses so much easeir. The platform also makes it easy to set and track budgets for specific expenses, giving me a clear picture and better control over my finances. The copy / paste feature for card definitely makes online transactions so much quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

While I've found Mesh to be an excellent tool for managing my finances. I think there's some room for improvment when it comes to user level customization, especially with categorization options. As a frequent user with multiple cards, I wish i had the ability to add personalized tags or categories. Since I'm not an admin and don't have site managemnt privileges, not being able to group cards into categories or roll up budgets within those categories feels like a limitation. "User friendly, easy app system"
4/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I like the easy access via app or website. I use this for company management of my employee cards and it is very quick to populate charges, attach receipts and categorize expenses. There is clear visibility of the limit for each card/budget category. It is easy to search by items missing receipt, by user, by open/complete status, etc. Lots of filter options to run reports and export data. The physical cards do not have numbers on them which makes it easy to cancel a line and reassign a new number to avoid fraud issues or security problems. Cancelling/suspending cards is also very quick and easy in the case that someone loses a card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Mesh cards not having the numbers printed on them is inconvenient at times. When one of my employees is in an area with low data and cannot login to view the CC# on the app that can be frustrating. Additionally, the cards seem to be coded similar to a prepaid card in some way, they cannot be used to book a rental car. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and easy to love!"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

My favorite part of using Mesh payments is just how easy it is. It is so conveinent that I can just add the card to my Apple Wallet and use it whenever. It has helped to cut down the extra steps that would normally come with a pre-paid card like waiting in the mail for it to arrive & having to keep track of a physical card. It has also made reloading a breeze since it is automatic. The Mesh platform is super user friendly and easy to navigate and it is clear they take security very seriously since two factor authentication is always required. I feel safe and secure using the Mesh app and it makes purchasing things as easy as 1,2,3 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

I haven't found any true downsides to using Mesh payments yet. The only issue I could possible think of is that some places don't accept pre-paid cards which Mesh technically is, but that is no fault of theirs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mesh payments product is really helpful"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

The best thing I like is their versatlity. I can pay for each cloud provider, saas software provider and even my group budget (fun days and so), and track how much I spend for each card very easily.

It's very easy to generate a new card for every purpose, and it's a big game changer in our industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

It's hard to understand the approval process. For example if I need to request a new card, I'm asking the admisitrator by email and not from the system itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mesh has been a very easy and resourceful tool to use"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Mesh's UI makes things very simple and easy to budget and submit reimbursements. I have used other systems in the past with other companies but have enjoyed the ease and simplification that Mesh offers in it's product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

My company uses the virtual credit card aspect of Mesh, which is oftentimes very convenient. However, I have found there are times the virtual component is not conducive for certain types of payments so it would be nice to have the option of a physical card. Admittedly, this may be an option I am unaware of, but it is the only thing that comes to mind at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent product, makes setting up dedicated payments a breeze"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Our finance department has been having a blast with this product, mentioning how they finally feel like there's some order to our company's billing requests.

Regarding my experience, I've only been using virtual cards and am very happy with them.

1. Very intuitive UI, easy to use

2. The transactions log is informative and lets me quickly find the information I seek

3. The reminders on missing receipts are very helpful

4. The ability to accept receipts via email to automate the uploading process is a big time saver

5. Having certain charges denied due to budget constraints has been helping me eliminate inefficient processes where users get automatically added to some of our SaaS systems and has already saved me thousands of dollars a month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

The only con I can think of is requiring admin approval for editing 'non-essential' card details, like the description. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes business travel a breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Not having to fill out an expense report is a huge selling point. The process from being issued the card from an administrator and having complete control over making travel arrangements and purchases to documenting those purchases was seamless. I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to add my Mesh card to my phone's wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Not sure if this is an available feature that my company just didn't take advantage of, but having a physical card for those purchases where you can't use Apple or Google Pay would be a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
