"Mesh makes managing travel expenses easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I enjoy using mesh because I can make purchases as I normally would, and it's discrete and simple to use my business card, both in person and online.

I also appreciate the UX and the simplicity of the site and app — adding receipts and notes and memos is relatively straightforward and easy. It quickly identifies that receipts match up and it's easy to remove/add receipts quickly. It's also nice that I can hook up my card to my apple wallet.

I have run into a few problems (not receiving my authorizaton code to access my card number due to a sim card error on my phone) and the customer support team is always really timely to respond and helpful, resolving my issue in a short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

I've only run into an issue where I wasn't able to use the card for an EU vendor due to the EU vendor not supporting a US based card, and this is not configurable in Mesh (as far as I could tell). Otherwise my experience using Mesh has been really great overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super easy to navigate and made transactions smooth sailing."
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Managing payments with this platform has been incredibly straightforward, featuring a user-friendly onboarding process that significantly enhances the overall product experience. Remarkably, there's virtually no learning curve involved, making it effortlessly simple to navigate through the entire payment cycle. It's a refreshing change to encounter such an intuitive system that simplifies financial transactions, embodying the essence of "easy peasy" in handling the complexities of payment management. What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

I need to better understand how to automatically connect my receipts, so I don't need to upload them every month. I know there's an option, but I still haven't figured out how to do it - so that's on me. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product that made my life easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

What I like about Mesh is that using it means that I don't need to talk to our operations team about each transaction or purchase I need to keep on working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Sometimes I need to go ahead manually and search for the receipt and upload it to Mesh. It's not that bad (and I think they have a solution for this). All in all, really enjoy the product. easy to use, very straightforward, and a great team to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love the Flexible virtual cards to use for different sites"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I really like the option to create unique virtual cards to shop on different sites for security purposes. If one of the sites has a data breach I can rest assured that my other subscriptions won't be affected when I cancel the affected card. Our accounting team has requested copies of receipts and memo's of our purchases and Mesh makes it a breeze to submit the info. We use this system daily and have had very little issues with the site being unavailible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

The user interface seems a little clunky at times for my taste. I would like to see the option to have a compact view with less white dead space on the site, smaller font, etc. Also the option to bulk edit transactions vs needing to open each transaction, apply the code, memo, attach receipt, mark complete, and hit next to proceed. Maybe have a table layout option that looks more like a spreadsheet where I could enter the info vs paging through each transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"System Admin for Mesh Payments"
4/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

1) Ability to manage travel. Saving our firm a ton of money 2) Ability to create new virtual cards for any purpose quickly and link to any physical card. 3) Native reporting/trasnactional platform. Data comes in rael time unlike a Concur/Amex workflow 4) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

1) Physical card should have a name on it. It gets denied at places (hotels, car rentals, etc. 2) Physical card feels cheap. Should make these nicer 3) MFA occurs too many times. Once im logged in i shouldnt have to MFA again to see my card number. 4) From an admin perspective, need a better consolidated reporting view. For example, a clean view that shows what was my total spend accross all offices for month, what was my cash back, how much did we pay you, how much is outstanding? "Clunky, Overly-Complex Interface"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

Mesh has a couple of good features. The security of mesh is very strong, requiring 2-factor authentication (often multiple times when trying to get card number). It is also very easy to send in a receipt - you can just reply to the email you get after every transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Mesh's website makes it quite difficult to do even the most basic tasks regarding the credit card, business expenses, etc. The credit card itself doesn't have a number on the back (for security reasons), so you have to go onto the website to find it. Then I need to go through 1-2 security steps to actually get the card number. I understand the security reasons for this, but it's very difficult when I'm in a hurry. Also, the "coding" for business expenses is not organized in any remotely useful manner - it's alphabetical but not sorted by function. The biggest problem with coding expenses is how many clicks it takes - I've counted 5+ clicks to code an expense (without even needing to upload receipt). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mesh Payments are convenient"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

The ease of navigation of the UI and the reliability of the service. I have never experienced downtime. Furthermore, when a Mesh card is allocated, it instantly shows in the UI. To view the digital card number in the CVC is safe and secure as it incorporates 2FA.

I have tended to use the Mesh card frequently, and have never experienced an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Not platforms accept Mesh payments, but nevertheless, 95% + have accepted Mesh Payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LOVE the MESH card!"
5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

It is so easy to snap a picture of a receipt and upload. I love that every purchase is on the app so I don't have to keep track on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

Probably the only downside is having to go look up the card number when I need to make an online payment, but it's not a big deal, just another step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review of mesh from marketing team at ad-tech company"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

I like the easiness. That we're able to ask for budgets, cards, receipts, etc. in just a few clicks. Especially the web version I find very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

I think the only thing I have found difficult sometimes is the mobile version. We have noticed in most of our employees that they upload receipts after trips through the web version, rather than uploading on the app directly during. This might also be our team that doesn't understand its ease of use though.

Apart from that, my other comment would be that we sometimes are not able to edit a card amount on the employee end. That would be better to have as an option always, and for the manager to approve/deny (might be a bug?). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Mesh for a work trip was really convenient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mesh Payments?

It is very convenient to use Mesh credit card from my google wallet, I don't need to submit any expenses from my personal card and I don't need to carry anything with me. All I need to do is submit receipts to Mesh app.

Its really easy to add it to my google wallet (just like a regular credit card) and I used it all the time during a work trip (about 3-4 times a day, but in person and in apps like Uber) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?

I couldn't install the Mesh mobile app on my phone without installing a company-managed extension. As a result, the process of uploading receipts via mobile app and checking my balance was less convenient and I could only do it on my PC. But other than that, it was very good.
