Great customer support whenever I have needed to contact them, and generally easy to make online payments and in-person payments with the linked card. The only limitations here, which can be confusing for UK merchants, is that this is signature based rather than PIN based (Yes, I get the occasionally funny look). The card is all black, so there is no visible signature to verify. There are also merchants and payment providers who do not accept this type of card online, though they are few and far between. Some charge an additional fee (seems highly suspect) for using a VISA Business card, or 'pre-paid' card also, which hasn't been ideal when needed. We would have to wait for the end of a work trip, 2-3 weeks at a time, before being able to upload all expenses, and then have to wait even longer to be reimbursed for the expenses. Mens alleviates pain points, and we no longer have to be reimbursed the company sets the budget for our trip and we use Mesh as needed during. I am an avid user of mesh and have been super happy with their ease of use. I am able to set-up credit cards from a group budget - making it easy to track expenses and report it back to finance. For example, I can pay for different online tools in serparate credit cards and track recurring charges or changes in subscription fees. I also really like the ability to send receipts, Mesh allows you to send receipts or other documents related to the transaction via email and it will automatically tag each expense. Its like magic. What I like the most about the Mesh Paymeys is the ease of set up. Once set up it happens monthly without any issue. All I had to do as a user is input my receipt and it's accepted by the finance department. What I also like is that it notifies me on my email and also on my phone. The only downside I would say is that sometimes tha upload receipt needs to be done twice on the phone. What problems is Mesh Payments solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving having a business card that can help the company pay for my travel, stay and business expesnes. Instead of using my own money and then expensing it and then waiting 30 days or more to wait for my refund.
