The support chat is amazing and your workers are helpful and nice. I use Mesh app in evry flight, and my overall experience is good, but entering the app is hard. **What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?** I really dont like entering my email adress every time I need to login. Its very very long and I always get it wrong. The face ID does not work when i press it. **What problems is Mesh Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** - I do not need to pay from my card and then let my work place to re-emberce me - I ca easaly see how much money I spent in every category, and its good because I have a limit ### 2. The security of mesh is very strong, requiring 2-factor authentication (often multiple times when trying to get card number). It is also very easy to send in a receipt - you can just reply to the email you get after every transaction. **What do you dislike about Mesh Payments?** Mesh's website makes it quite difficult to do even the most basic tasks regarding the credit card, business expenses, etc. The credit card itself doesn't have a number on the back (for security reasons), so you have to go onto the website to find it. Then I need to go through 1-2 security steps to actually get the card number. I understand the security reasons for this, but it's very difficult when I'm in a hurry. Also, the "coding" for business expenses is not organized in any remotely useful manner - it's alphabetical but not sorted by function. The biggest problem with coding expenses is how many clicks it takes - I've counted 5+ clicks to code an expense (without even needing to upload receipt). **What problems is Mesh Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mesh is our corporate card, so I use it for any travel and/or ad-hoc expenses relating to my job. It's the same concept as a corporate Amex. As a credit card it works perfectly fine - it's a Visa card so it's accepted everywhere. The other main function of Mesh is to track expenses on their website and code them properly (for approval by the finance team). On the website I can track all the purchases I've made, bucket them into different categories, and upload receipts. I've never used another expense tracking software, but I imagine the process is relatively similar. The interface is clunky and requires too many clicks, but the website generally gets the job done. ### 3.
