Mesatto is the reservation system for the restaurants inside a hotel or resort. It is built for the guest who is already staying with you, not for diners from the street: a reservation starts from the room number and last name, and the system knows the guest's category, stay dates and what the stay includes. Each restaurant has its own seatings, capacity, closures and release times, so a seating never takes more covers than it can serve. For all-inclusive properties, Mesatto applies the rules of the stay: included visits per guest category, a surcharge after the limit and minimum nights per restaurant. Hosts work from a tablet with the seating's arrivals and mark check-in or no-show in one tap. An optional floor plan assigns the table when the reservation is made. Guests can book from their phone with room and last name, without downloading an app. Concierge, guest web and the hotel's own app share the same availability through a public API with webhooks and an MCP server for AI assistants. Mesatto integrates with OPERA Cloud; Mews and Cloudbeds are on the way. Pricing is a monthly fee per active restaurant, never per cover or per reservation. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and a demo with a sample resort that arrives in your inbox in minutes, with no sales call.
