Merra is an AI video interview platform that runs real conversational screening interviews with candidates and delivers recordings, transcripts, and scored evaluations automatically. Built for in-house talent teams at growing companies, Merra replaces manual first-round screening calls with structured AI video interviews, giving talent teams a ranked shortlist with consistent, auditable data at the top of the funnel. Companies can onboard a new role in minutes, share a single interview link with applicants, and receive a ranked candidate shortlist the same day.
