What do you like best about MERLINPLUS?

Merlin plus was handy for us doing market research surveys, we love the questionnaire design, found it really easy to update and make changes, and alongside this found the way it outputted to word unrivalled. The analysis reports can be generated by the automated system or you can use a customised report designer to get exactly what you want from them. The layouts they include are amazing, with some fab statistical options too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MERLINPLUS?

I don't like that this solution is not cloud based, however this can be easily worked around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MERLINPLUS:

Highly advise doing research on other alternatives before you decide this is the one that you want to go with. There are some better solutions out there and sadly although powerful there is a clear setup problem that means that it could take longer than some solutions to get ready. Have a clear understanding of what you want from your surveys and get the customized reporting to give you the information you require to proceed best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MERLINPLUS solving and how is that benefiting you?
