They also do a very decent job of hand holding new customers till they are completely enabled to use it on their own **What do you dislike about Merkle?** Most projects unless large are led by very junior resources who don't have the required soft skills or knowledge needed to handle critical customers with kid's gloves. Senior resources only get involved after major escalations. **What problems is Merkle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Merkle is our global solution implementation partner for our customers. They lead and own the entire journey starting from sales closure till launch and onboarding of the platform within an organisation. ### 2.
