Agents get one app instead of four: a CRM for their leads (CSV import, tags, history, duplicate check, documents); a power dialer with a hands-free mode, call outcomes, recording, a Do Not Call list and spam-label checks, with minutes and a local number included; a map to draw call lists and plan door-knock routes; a calendar that books appointments mid-call; policy tracking after the sale (pending, active, lapsed, replacements with Stop PAC reminders); a Direct Mail Extractor that reads mailed reply cards into leads; and appointment setters inside the agent's account.
