  ### 2. Working with Mergerware

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nimit M. | Director - Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2021

**What do you like best about MergerWare?**

Mergerware is a unique M&A solution that seeks to take deal pipeline management to the next level. It is one of the driving forces that is taking the document and process heavy M&A domain to the modern digital / automated world. The value it provides to client is unparalleled with a promise to bring machine learning and AI to deals. What I like about it most is its capability to operate across any part of the deal cycle from deal identification to post deal integration and value creation. I also am particularly fond of the ease of use of the platform itself not to mention the welcoming customer service option if needed.

I am also very impressed by the quasi agile development the organisation has adopted bringing to market functionality as and when it is ready.

**What do you dislike about MergerWare?**

There is not very much to dislike but that i'd to see more off it around. The team could perhaps be a bit more bold in adopting machine learning and AI faster but that is down to funding, which should start to take shape soon.

**What problems is MergerWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Simplification of prospecting, and managing the deal cycle

  ### 3. An integrated M&A platform very well suited for the management of Post-Merger Integration projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2020

**What do you like best about MergerWare?**

the tool is easy to use, very intuitive, and the set-up phase is relatively quick. For the Integration Director, this represents a real steering unit that makes it possible to follow the multiple action plans, to re-launch the action leaders and to monitor the realisation of synergies. The tool becomes even more valuable when managing several integration projects in parallel at different stages of integration

**What do you dislike about MergerWare?**

It would be interesting to further develop the pre-deal functionalities in order to have an end-to-end M&A platform to store all the deal information from deal origination to the end of the integration phase and to develop simulation functionalities in order to forecast several integration scenarios according to the pre-deal assumptions (DD), the reality discovered on day 1 and possible changes in the market environment during the integration process which may imply a change/repositioning of the initially planned integration strategy.

**What problems is MergerWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of schedules, action plans, team management, communication within the project and the team, transparency of information is facilitated by mergerware.

The follow-up of the synergy plan is also easier and avoids the demulltiplification of Xls files.Visibility of project delays, risks & issues is improved.

It is a more comfortable and secure tool for the M&A and corporate development director when managing a multi-country integration programme portfolio with large internal and external delivery teams.

  ### 4. Excellent platform for M&A

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Péter H. | Lecturer, Majeur IFAC, "Valuation and Transactions", Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2020

**What do you like best about MergerWare?**

All required functionalities, user friendly, easy to use, simple to implement.

**What do you dislike about MergerWare?**

There is nothing that I dislike in the platform

**What problems is MergerWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

follow up on multiples deals, overview, playbook implementation, post merger integration follow up

  ### 5. Very User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2020

**What do you like best about MergerWare?**

The overall platform approach is very complete, seamless and easy to understand, which is what a shared tool needs to be.

**What do you dislike about MergerWare?**

May be a suggestion. pursuing the development of services upstream to support long list building and origination process could be very promissing

**What problems is MergerWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time efficiency and team work
