**What do you like best about Mergermarket?**

Amazing source references whcih is key to be able to track multiples, news and information. Used it for all precedent transactions analysis plus had great news coverage. Easy to use and helpful customer support. Montly usage.

**What do you dislike about Mergermarket?**

It could have better User experience or integrations. It was basically a static tool with a newsletter but you had to build everything on top.

**What problems is Mergermarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to perform precedent transaction analysis and Mergermarket allowed you to gather all the information available in the market.
