The single inbox that combines all of my many email accounts is what I value most about MergeMail if I had to select just one feature. Toggling between all the many inboxes and attempting to keep track of discussions used to be such a hassle for me as someone with several personal and professional emails split throughout Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc. Everything is smoothly merged into a single, user-friendly interface with MergeMail. There is everything you need in one location, so you won't have to search through other accounts for a message. I can rapidly filter by sender, date, attachments, and other criteria while viewing all of my emails in orderly subjects. My time and mental energy have been greatly reduced by not having to move between various continually. I have a comprehensive overview of all of my email correspondence in one place, thanks to the consolidated inbox. I can respond more promptly, monitor key communications, and make sure I don't miss anything that gets buried. The consolidated inbox of MergeMail is simple to use, intuitive, and completely transforms productivity and organization. I prefer MergeMail over other email clients because of its unique functionality, which makes it my preferred choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MergeMail? Sincerely, there isn't anything about MergeMail that I detest. For me, it has been a really practical and user-friendly email tool. The functionality for managing contacts is one area that, in my opinion, could use some development. MergeMail occasionally has trouble de-duplicating and properly syncing contacts across all of my inboxes because it draws in email accounts from several providers. For instance, MergeMail may not always identify that "John Smith" and "J. Smith" are the same person when I have "John Smith" as a contact in Gmail and an entry for "J.Smith" in Outlook. When attempting to rapidly locate the appropriate contact to send an email through MergeMail, this mostly causes a little discomfort. It didn't identify all of my contacts as the same person, so I had to go through and combine them physically. Email senders' connections and contacts might be made more intelligently. The contacts interface itself is also a little underwhelming. I'd want to have greater control over how MergeMail itself organizes and presents my contacts. This is a minor issue, though, considering how strong the whole email platform is. This one area that may need a little more polish pales in comparison to the consolidated inbox and other features. Email overflow and dispersed inboxes are two major issues MergeMail helps me with. My inboxes were a disorganized mess before to using MergeMail since I manage many email accounts for both my personal and professional life. I had a large number of unread emails scattered around Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, and other services. I was unable to keep up with my email. My emails are all collected into one manageable platform using MergeMail. No more hurriedly checking messages across many accounts. I now have a single, complete picture of all incoming and outgoing correspondence thanks to my single, unified inbox. This has greatly aided me in controlling my overwhelming email. Snooze, Smart Inbox classification, and rapid search are just a few of MergeMail's features that make it so much simpler to prioritize emails, discover what I'm looking for, and follow email threads regardless of the inbox they originated in. Dispersed contacts are the second significant issue that MergeMail addresses. When I want to contact someone, I no longer have to search through several address books to get their email address. The Contact Manager in MergeMail syncs all of my contacts. MergeMail has greatly streamlined my email routine by collecting all of my scattered inboxes and contact lists in one location. MergeMail's integrated platform and collection of tools geared on inbox mastery have helped me reclaim control over my email overload and interact with messages much more effectively. Recommendations to others considering MergeMail: you will see, in the screenshot I provided, that is as far as I was able to go with this product. from there, it was click the button, try to log on (which kept taking you to the permission page that told you all permissions were granted) and back to the start. frustrating, annoying and then the troubleshooter only offers on thing to troubleshoot and ITS NOT EVEN THE PROBLEM I WAS ENCOUNTERING Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Perhaps they're still ironing out some kinks and they'll eventually get it running as it should but I was really disappointed with the problems I had because the product they intended to release sounded like something I really could use.
