I love the request payment feature that allows me to send payment links to clients and I can get paid directly. I typically collect within the hour I send my invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mercury? The request payment feature is restricted to an email contact, and only that email contact. When billing companies with dedicated Acoounts Payable functions, it's hard for them to pay me using the link and usually a few email conversations on getting the right payor happens. Example is I bill the CFO or CEO, but their accounting department handles the payment and that department doesn't have access to see the invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Mercury solving and how is that benefiting you? I hope Mercury solved the issue of being able to have one email manage multiple accounts. No limitations on services, min amounts, and ease of use. I love that even international wires are free. important to know that it's easy to start and begin working with this bank in a matter of days or sometimes hours. there are no branches as it ancient times vising bank branches. I dislike that mercury still doesn't have the acquiring and service to charge customers with a credit debit card. It creates unnecessary steps of creating invoices and waiting for customers to pay.
