The ability to easily create/delete/manage virtual cards has saved me hundreds of dollars from unwanted subscriptions and other charges. I do not know of a competitor for businesses that does this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mercury? That's a hard question, as everything I need to do is largely satisfied. However, I'd love access to a money market fund with a lower limit. Also, I once deleted my Savings account and I'd love to recreate it. I can only create a Checking account. I also wish I was able to have a credit card with Mercury with a balance lower than $50k. Even with a lower limit or lower cash back. I'm sure you guys could still make money with that. Mercury has solved nearly all of my banking needs. I was able to set up the account in minutes and have no need for a minimum balance. Kudos to the developers for keeping good UX in the front of their minds when designing and deploying. But that's where my pros end for Mercury. The services they offer are no different than literally any other bank around. And the one thing I really need them to do, which is process deposits in a timely fashion, is absolutely terrible. And they just don't really care, based on my conversations with their customer service (when I was finally able to reach someone) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mercury? Wait times for deposits are impossibly slow. We're talking at least 7 business days, or 10 days in normal parlance. And these aren't weird deposits, either. These are regular and recurring payments made by my clients. I'm going to have to look for another bank. The wait times are also getting worse. Customer service does not help. It is straightforward for a team and has nice API integrations allowing the platform to connect fast and easily to your systems. It works like a charm if you want your clients to pay for your services and automate the cash flow for e-commerce or SaaS. or integrate with ERPs and automate payroll. Is absolutely a must have. The only thing they could be doing is offering and a DIY guild on my account, so that I can earn interest for any money down without having to move to another platform. We needed a new bank account as one of our Enterprise customers could not send money to our other bank account (for some reason that I couldn't figure yet).
