Version 2 has a different "look" and "interface" but when you click on "Residuals" it takes you back to the old version look. I prefer the old look. Seems crisper and easier to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Merchant Central by NMI?

IRIS CRM brings all of the most important data from several processor portals to one easy-to-read site. For merchants, they have valuable access to their transaction and statement history. For MSPs we are able to keep track of pricing, volume, contacts, helpdesk tickets, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Merchant Central by NMI?

One downside of IRIS CRM is that different processors provide different data so what you see if not always consistent across all possible processors. This is more of a limitation of the processor rather than IRIS, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would like to see more intrgrations for PCI reporting, faster statement uploads from TSYS. Also batch alerts would be an added bonus for when a merchant has not batched for a period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Merchant Central by NMI?

Residual calculations will cut the amount of time it takes to calculate them on your own by half. The application process with e-signature is a fantastic tool for sales people who are out in the field trying to get apps signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
