MerchantAI is an AI customer support and shopping assistant built for ecommerce merchants, with native Shopify integration. It helps brands answer customer questions, recommend products, support order and cart workflows, capture leads, and provide instant storefront support through an embeddable chat widget. Merchants can train their AI agent on store content, product data, FAQs, policies, files, and website pages, then customise the agent’s tone, branding, lead capture, and handover settings. MerchantAI combines knowledge base retrieval, commerce-aware responses, analytics, and team controls so merchants can reduce repetitive support work while giving shoppers faster, more relevant answers. It is designed for growing ecommerce teams that want a practical AI assistant connected to real store information, not a generic chatbot.
