MerchanSys is a field-team management platform for trade marketing and merchandising in Brazil. Promoters use an offline-first mobile app (iOS and Android) with a daily access key to see the route of the day, check in and out at each point of sale with GPS validation, and photograph shelves, displays, prices and competitors as required tasks. Managers follow everything on a web dashboard: live map of the team, photos organized by store and date, visit status and alerts, automatic route planning, a route and travel-cost simulator, coverage and stock-out indicators, rankings and goals, and reports exported to PDF in one click. Agencies can manage promoters for several brands and clients in the same dashboard. Built for the Brazilian retail market; interface and support in Portuguese.
