What do you like best about Mercans HR Blizz?

Intercom is really simple to install and operate but powerful enough then to connect our customers more closely throughout their lifetime. It also offers a broader outline of our customers and enables us to maintain all communications in the same climate. Our support staff's opportunity to communicate immediately to our clients during the implementation, to offer them ongoing training effective to their current predicament, and to activate support tickets from Loud speaker thru Jira integration, ensures a seamless and effective workflow. What do you dislike about Mercans HR Blizz?

Although the team continues to develop certain aspects of the platform, the lot of important enic are lacking in areas such as articles, they are however very open to suggestions and feedback and constantly develop new features for our wants (even those we did not realize we would need). What problems is Mercans HR Blizz solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we first examined the problem with Intercom, we had been able to help our users without knowing specific email contact addresses. But after enacting something that, humans also realized that we can do much more to interact service requests for failures, releases and training problems and prevent them. Our platform for and it will gather support tours, campaigns and pixel density bots in the nearish term is continuously expanding. we could well continue to do so. As a self-service native cloud-based solution, HR Blizz proposes a single interface for all of our employees, everywhere. The interface is user-friendly, and HR Blizz can be used without lengthy training. By giving our staff access to the same database, wherever they are, we have been able to deploy a truly global payroll experience. We’ve been looking for such robust capabilities in the market for a long time. Still, no other platform could be launched simultaneously in all of our international offices and maintain all of the employees’ information and payroll data in one place like HR Blizz. We needed a solution that could make data accessible to all of our HR management teams in real-time, regardless of their location or the device they are using. With HR Blizz, we have been able to move from manual-only payroll management to fully digital automation processes. In addition, Mercans’ customer support is awesome! If we are stuck, we just send a ticket, and we always receive prompt feedback… with a solution. So far, they have solved 100% of our questions.
