Zelta offers a level of control that I haven’t experienced with other EDCs. The tools and capabilities offered in the platform make designing and implementing clinical trials a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zelta? The only thing I dislike about Zelta is how difficult it is to search for specific topics in the user manual. The search option often returns a list of topics that aren’t what I’m looking for, or that are so off-topic that it actually makes it harder to find the information I need. Zelta is solving problems I’ve run into with other EDCs, where I used to have to contact the study design team to request changes or edits to the database. Being a certified designer in Zelta lets me take on that role across all my clinical studies. The UI is easy to handle and provides all the data and reports from the dashboard. Like subject status report, epro status etc etc The EDC is quick to build and self-learn with the help of user guide. I learned a lot of modules with thehelp of user guide. The development of forms and dynamics are easy and time-saving, especially in edit mode. And the implementaion of global library was easy. The tsdv and epro modules are simple and easy to configure. The help center and the live support are useful and responsive, providing guidance and solutions when needed. The lab normal module is amazing and less complicated than other EDCs. The hierarchy of components like dictionary, forms, visits, and visit schedule helps to trace back easier. The ID's which were in visits pages was something little different from other EDC's which helps to find the forms visibility rules easily. The alerts for AE's and for the subject status change was easy to configure. The study import was one of the major think which helps in creating duplicate and similar studies. The reuse of forms/checks from other studies were also helpful. The MSU's were also easy to implement, The revision Jump gives whole idea of the impact and will help to implement hassle free without tension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zelta? The limitation of dynaics in page it would be helpful if we have advanced editor in dynamics. The functionality like autopopulation of fiels like dynamic search list from other forms is not possible here. Once the version of the EDC changes it took more time for it to reflect the User guide, it has the old version in help. The cross page quieries including log pages can be improved as it has some limitations we were not able to fully code certain edit checks. Autosuspend of recurrig Jobs should be updated. It would be great if it restored once we unlock the study. Deletion of a subject for testing in a study which has the Randomization and Dispennse module set will gets deleted when the subject is flushed which is something annoying and we need to set this up again. The rules which has cohort mentioned will gets removed on a MSU revision jump in a live study which requires manual addition, it was not mentioned explicitely anywhere. As it was a quick EDC to build and also of the standard modules which can be accessed by designer certification were quite good and the live support is amazing. We've used several different platforms in our business and have found IBM Clinical Development to be the best based on ease of use, reliability and flexibility.
