Mequilibrium has taught me to recognize when I am getting stressed and unfocused. Through mediation and breathing exercises I have learned to still my thoughts and be more present. This helps to relieve my stress and helps me to once again focus on the tasks at hand. It has improved my work life and also helped me to relax and unwind at night, so that I sleep better. I also love reading their articles and attending their webinars as they have many nuggets of wisdom that help to improve my life. You have to be engaged and willing to try some of the things that they suggest. If you aren't willing to try new things, you won't get the benefits. As I mentioned earlier it has helped me to learn how to destress and refocus. It has also helped me to relax and sleep better at night. MeQuilibrium has a variety of options you can use to find centeredness, and it encourages you to remain consistent with various rewards and badges earned over time. The content in the app is limited and I have found that after a couple of months I have consumed most of it and it gets repetitive. Whenever I receive an email and find the article's abstract interesting, after clicking the link, I need to enter my email and wait for another email to arrive. By the time the email arrives, I am already processing other emails and have forgotten about it.
