Mentorink has made our mentorship program, which we have managed manually for years, much more effective and easier for both administrators and users. The platform provides qualified guidance for mentors and mentees and offers valuable resources. For administrators, especially when there are many users, the mentee-mentor matching system saves time. As the program administrator, I find their algorithms reliable for making data-driven, explainable, and effective matches. Being able to track the development of these matches has been very helpful in ensuring the process is working and in obtaining reports to measure the program's impact and success.
I am pleased with the approach of Mentorink's management and support team. They responded quickly to all our technical questions and problems. We always held brief and very productive meetings with them. Throughout the year, they updated the platform and improved many aspects. They held an informational meeting about the new, more user-friendly version, sharing new features. The developments on the platform have also been appreciated by users. We received feedback from some users about technical issues during video calls. Fortunately, in such cases, they were able to conduct meetings on different platforms and integrate them into the matching profiles on Mentorink.
It became a problem for us that a user who had previously used Mentorink was unable to apply for a second program with the same email address.
