Overall, the platform is very user-friendly. Good video functionality, as are the notes; chat; objectives. The content section is a useful source of info but should not be taken as strict approach to the sessions or relationship. Main suggestion for improvement would be to launch the video session in separate browser window so you can still access notes and other pages while keeping the video on screen. You can currently minimise the video and navigate to the other sections but you can’t see the video when you do.

A couple of minor suggestions:

o Add ability to download the notes and goals to a pdf or word document

o Allow mentor and mentee to keep the mentorink match open and add more meetings after the first 4 if they both wish to continue the relationship (this could be part of the feedback process with both parties having to agree/consent that they want to continue). Mentorink provides a platform that is very transparent for the users, with a clear dashboard. The integrated videocall feature is really useful, and so is that the admins can see the progress of the pairs. The product onboarding went smoothly and we continue to receive regular support from the Mentorink team, who are really approachable and always ready to support. There are some features missing that would be key for activities such as reporting, and some things you can only do with a bit of a "workaround" which makes the admin processes a bit more manual. More possibilities for costumizing the automated emails and change the settings from the admin side would be useful. However, the Mentorink team is always highly receptive when it comes to product requests and it is clear that they are working tirelessly to expand the platforms features according to feedback. We are experiencing minor software-related issues. For example, sometimes users do not appear when searched by first and last name. However, the backend team quickly resolves our issues.
