The Mentorink developers very quickly created a branded platform for my group and a space where we could jump immediately into mentor work. The matching program works very well and the Mentorink tutorials are perfect for onboarding new program members. The Mentorink Team provides exceptional service - they are very quick to respond and resolve issues. This is our 3rd year with Mentorink and we will be adding an additional program to it this year. Highly recommend! **What do you dislike about Mentorink?** The only downside is the meeting/calendar feature. They are always eager to learn the problem, listen carefully & understand and try to find solutions. They evaluate the problem as general or specific for the organization. They quickly take action if it is a general one. They suggest different solutions for specific ones. **What do you dislike about Mentorink?** Video conferences are not always successful. There are many platforms for this issue. So there is no need for these conferences within Mentorink. **What problems is Mentorink solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can see all the eligible candidates for a specific mentor or mentee for pairing & can choose the best one quickly. I think this is due to the indolence of the user. Users can sometimes experience problems with video calls. Improvement is needed here. It would be great if the name search engine could come. **What problems is Mentorink solving and how is that benefiting you?** We realized that we are making systematic progress in the process leading to the careers of our scholars and young people.
