This way, I can collectively track matches and access users' information in bulk. It's great to have an area where users can give feedback after the match is completed. I liked the presentation of the content opening according to the matching stage. This way, they have the opportunity to see the content step by step. Providing software support for including users in the match only for those we authorize, such as verifying and un-verifying, made my process at the matching point easier. Presenting the results of the personality test was also a nice idea. As a moderator, it was enjoyable to read my own feedback. Sending emails to users immediately after matches is a step that facilitates our communication in the process. After the match, mentors can log into the system and provide both audio and video meetings with their users. I think adding a calendar to the past is very necessary and a part that makes it easier for me to track as an admin. The Mentorink technical team's provision of technical support and guidance was quick, and quick solutions were provided. **What do you dislike about Mentorink?** The following sections are not things I dislike, but feedback that I think can be improved and strengthened. The separation between the application and the user list in the system is provided to facilitate the user point, but I think if I can access the information in the user list while downloading the application list, I could prevent data loss between the two. There was a situation where people we did not verify at the time of matching were also visible. There were a few technical errors in this part, which were quickly corrected and supported by the Mentorink team. I think the part about applying twice with one email can be improved. This way, users can complete their different two-step applications with a single email. Unfortunately, users sometimes do not make updates. Since the mentor does not approve, the mentee cannot send a calendar for the second meeting. Good video functionality, as are the notes; chat; objectives. The content section is a useful source of info but should not be taken as strict approach to the sessions or relationship. Meetings are easy to schedule and the email notifications (new message from mentee, meeting reminders) are useful. **What do you dislike about Mentorink?** Main suggestion for improvement would be to launch the video session in separate browser window so you can still access notes and other pages while keeping the video on screen. You can currently minimise the video and navigate to the other sections but you can’t see the video when you do. A couple of minor suggestions: o Add ability to download the notes and goals to a pdf or word document o Allow mentor and mentee to keep the mentorink match open and add more meetings after the first 4 if they both wish to continue the relationship (this could be part of the feedback process with both parties having to agree/consent that they want to continue).
