As we were discussing the creation of a mentor program, we were struggling with the huge undertaking of creating matches. We discovered MentorCloud and its ability to do just that by using an algorithm based on each person's profile. Magic! **What do you dislike about MentorCloud?** Nothing at this time. All of the features have worked well. **What problems is MentorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have never been able to offer a formal mentoring program because of the scope of our Event Management discipline. But it's not really doing anything special or specific. It's simply being used as a communication tool. An email or LinkedIn or even WhatsApp can do that.
