The team at MentorCloud were exceptionally quick at setting up a system for us to use (as we were on a tight timecrunch). They were then responsive, friendly and solved issues quickly to keep the programme running smoothly. They also allowed us to set up 4 different types of mentoring within one system that connects people from a range of different companies. There were a few hiccups with our IT security systems and this created some errors- putting the development team in direct contact with the IT team worked though.
