I have absolutely loved the inclusion of Mentorcliq within our organization! It has been an easy to use bridge that has provided an opportunity for employees to connect and engage through mentorship! The scheduled communications help us keep in touch with the participants and share resources during the cycle n a timely manner. The data and analytics from the platform allows us to change, modify and update any programs as need. The customer service is absolutely first class. MentorcliQ has enabled me to offer multiple, large mentoring programs in my organization. The platform is especially adept at streamling and simplifying the enrollment process, the matching process and program communication. It offers automation of so many activities and an amazing matching algorithm that does a shockingly great job at matching mentors and mentees. Also, MentorcliQ offers helpful resources, quality mentor training (add-on), an ROI calcultor (add-on), and so many other features that make it possible to offer large mentoring programs. On top of all the technological and automation features, MentorcliQ employees wonderful, helpful and dedicated humans to help their clients be successful when setting up and running mentoring programs.

With MentorcliQ I am able to run multiple simultaneous mentoring programs for targeted audiences. Each program has its own dedicated program manager.

I am also able to offer different configurations for each program becasue of the platform's flexibility. For example, I have programs that offer 1:1 mentorship and group mentorship. Other programs offer self-matching and some offer admininstrative matching.

Once you have MentorcliQ connected to your employee data and can offer SSO, even more possibilities open up for automating and simplying the enrollment and matching process.

As with any technology platform, there are opportunities for improvement. For example, MentorcliQ has built-in participant surveys that need an overhaul and some of their built-in templates for routine messages seem more like they have been written by an engineer rather than an L&D or HR professional. One other factor that could be improved is allowing for logic and branching in the enrollment forms and surveys.

Compared to all of the advantages MentorcliQ creates, those are minor issues and we can generally work around any limitations with a bit of creativity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
