What do you like best about MentorcliQ?

I find the mentoring platform very useful as it connects employees interested in self-development and experienced professionals - colleagues, who are willing to foster these pursuits within company. Pairing mentor with mentee based on the selected criteria establishes common ground for interaction and significantly increases chances for mutually enjoyable and benefitting journey. It benefits both parties as well as the business itself because it enhances the overall satisfaction and personnel loyalty. Having set up some ground rules and trackable goals make everyone stick to the purpose and allow to reflect on the process and its checkpoints to gain tangible results. What do you dislike about MentorcliQ?

During the process of preferences selection some options contain abbreviations, and it is rather unclear to what area they relate to. A bit of description could improve the whole matching of mentor with mentee step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
